It's 2024, and they still don't take credit cards for a $7 order. Whenever I hear that they want only cash, even if they blame the credit card processing fees, I know they just don't want to pay their taxes. They don't want to benefit the schools, the roads or the infrastructure of the beautiful town that they're in.
Remember, they don't take cards purely out of greed and cheating the system.

The food is great and quickly prepared, the workers are extremely nice, and the store just saying clean with good ventilation. It’s the perfect place to go for lunch especiallyly for a quick meal during work.

I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich with SPK, simplest order on Earth, instead I get eggs and sausage, no ketchup. I bring it up to the counter, and rather than waste 2 whole eggs god forbid, they just took off most of the sausage and gave me back a squished, barely wrapped sandwich with bits of sausage in it. Efficient.
I figured the 3rd attempt would include spit, if it didn't already, so I threw it out and left, sad and egg sandwich-less on a Saturday morning

I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately the entire order was wrong. I ordered an egg white omelet but received traditional eggs. I ordered the Oatmeal which in the description says it is special made with apples and strawberries. So I chose this and added the raisins and banana with Maple Syrup on the side. No syrup and no apples or strawberries. Not sure what happened here but disappointed. The food is usually good but this was a miss. Maybe next time. Uber gave me a full refund.

I went in around 2:00 pm to grab a dozen bagels to bring back to Florida. I also purchased a half a dozen for my son. I also got a flagel with cream cheese and a fresh squeezed orange juice. When the cashier rings me up she gives me a total of $103.57 … i immediately said 100 dollars for a Dozen and a half bagels?????? To which she replied with conviction.. yes . SMH!!! She realized she had obviously made a mistake. Supposedly corrected the sale. My total after that was $50.00. I get home check my receipt and she charged me twice for the half dozen bagels. Google says their hours are 5am -5pm. i call the store at 4:00 .. never got an answer. Long story short i’m leaving tomorrow and won’t be able to confront them and get my $10 dollars back!!! People be aware and check your receipts!! This place is terrible!!!!!!!

The only reason I give 2 stars is the cup of coffee was good. I order a simple sandwich . 2 eggs over medium with ham and ketchup on a roll. I recieved a bacon and egg instead. So they took the bacon off and added the ham removing most of the yolk on my now dry egg sandwich that taste like bacon now cause they were to cheap to make a new sandwich. $2.35 for a small cup if coffee that is free at the bagel place in airport plaza. First and last time coming here. Sandwich is always in abundance at the bagel place in airport plaza.

The prices posted are not what you get charged, gone here twice and same story. Then advertised add a coffee $1.50 is only weekdays but it doesn’t say that. So full of false advertising it gives me a bad taste and I don’t like being ripped off
This was the first time that I went to Stuff A Bagel. It was a Saturday 2:15 in the afternoon. l looked at your menu and then chose a chicken salad already prepared along with an oreo chocolate pudding. There were 2 cash registers, two lines.. The line to the right had about 8 people on line WAITING to order. The cash register to the left had no one. I walked over to the register to the left. The man at the register had his back to me as he counted out money. When he finished he turned around facing me. I put my items on the counter and handed him my credit card. He said "I'm sorry. You have to wait on that line." He pointed to the very long line of 8 people. I go over to that line which is hardly moving. Not only are the people not sure what they want but they are standing there asking many questions. Therefore the line doesn't move. I was on line about 15 to 20 minutes. Finally I get up to the register. The door behind the cashier opens and a man hands the cashier orders that were previously placed. Instead of ringing me up, the cashier starts yelling out "Who has the tuna on a roll with a side of potato salad?" The man comes forward. He says "Where's the vitamin water?" The cashier now has to go look for it. She comes back and bags his food. Then she yells "Who had the chicken cutlet hero and the chicken Ceasars salad?" A man and woman comes up to the counter. The door opens behind her and a man hands her more orders. Once again she starts asking "who had......" I already was in the restaurant at least 30 minutes and I still was unable to pay for a salad and a pudding that had been previously prepared. I gave up trying to pay for the food. I put my food on the counter and walked out. The guy that had the vitamin water was just leaving. He saw me put the food down and leave.He said "This place is poorly managed. You shouldn't have had to wait on line. You already had the food in your hands. They should of had a second register opened." He said he owns a restaurant in rockville center. So he knows what he's talking about. Never the less...I won't be back and neither will he.

rude staff & got food poisoning from the scallion cream cheese. Came here during my lunch break for a panini & was told the sandwich would be put on a panini press to be toasted — witnessed a staff member microwaving it only after someone complained about not receiving their sandwich after 15 minutes all because the staff member was too busy gossiping on the phone in spanish.

Ever since new management took over years ago its all been downhill. Poor customer service, consistently inaccurate orders, high employee turnover.

Over the last year, this place is gone Downhill. The staff is no longer friendly. The orders take forever to be delivered and as far as I'm concerned, they are rude and unprofessional.
