It's convenient and the food is great !

They took my order wrong, I called RESPECTFULLY and asked if they could fix the issue. Instead, the lady said I was wrong and she got angry and aggressive over the phone. She had an attitude, she was rude and the issue remained unresolved. I paid $10 for a sandwich I didn’t even order- and she continued to gaslight me and say it was the right order. After she was done arguing with me, I said to her “bottom line you guys messed up” and she responded with “bottom line, you’re wrong and this is the right order.” I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. FYI- you’re horrible at your job if this is how you treat your customers. You were rude to me, got angry and annoyed when I was polite. After the 10th time I was polite, I got annoyed too. This is no way to run an establishment. Do better at your job- very rude. And the food is mid.

Wow just tried this place for the first time and I’m SUPER impressed. I got an everything flagel with chicken salad and it was seasoned on both sides and even had the flakey salt!! The man who served me was really happy and kind. Will definitely be coming here again ◡̈

I ordered breakfast sandwiches and a juice i asked for a cup the old guy wanted to charge me 1.00 for a cup unbelievable i also noticed college students ordering and he was very rude to them NOT OK get it together

The lox portions are laughable. This is supposed to be a lox bagel. Barely any fish.

They do not have capers which is a disappointment.

But! The actual bagel is soft and fresh.

The cream cheese is a bit bland.

They have a “make your own iced coffee bar” which I despise.

Won’t be back.

i usually get a turkey bacon egg and cheese with extra mayo, i would get exactly what i ordered but after a while i would get less mayo but last time i got it there wasn't any mayo and the turkey bacon wasn't proper cooked resulting in me getting sick.

This establishment has gone downhill. I support local businesses but the prices and rudeness from the staff is not justified for me to come here any longer. I bought 6 bagels with a side of cream cheese for the family and paid $24. I asked for the receipt to be put in the bag but they never did. I called back the following day asking for the itemized prices just to know how much I was being charged and they refused to tell me over the phone. They hung up the phone on me THREE TIMES? On the fourth call, she says I'm not telling you the prices. Is this how you treat your local customers that support you to keep you in business? Very disheartened and will never spend another dollar here.

This used to be a great bagel shop but the quality has dropped a lot. Buttered bagel was at least a day old with almost no butter. Coffee from the urn was lukewarm. Very few bagels to choose from. It seems like they are trying to sell the stale ones before baking any more. Seems to be new management and they are very confused getting rhe orders ready. Go to Stuff a bagel in town instead.

I go here every Friday morning for a #5. An everything bagel with sausage, scrambled 5 American cheese. Always ?.

Awesome little bagel cafe across from the college. They have a huge selection of stuff, but I always get a bacon, egg, and cheese. Sometimes the popular bagel flavors run out by the afternoon.
