If I could leave a 0 star review I would website says you guys close @2:30 am and I always come to this location on my lunch break and was told by the worker we are closed sorry if you don’t want to work just say that you guys seriously need to hire better employees because this isn’t the first time that this happens to me at this location at this same time it was only 1:10 am when I arrived

Locked door Dec 14 by 7PM. Long drive thru line - 10 cars and people are leaving. Someone said they're short staffed but why are you locking doors when it says open until 2am?

Its honestly sad to see these low average people saying bad stuff on reviews these people are workers, I’ve seen them going back in forth doing their best to get orders out, you are not the only customer there.They are not machines it’s laughable that some people wanna act privileged and how some say bad stuff and then act all nice🤣.I love this place the staff there are super kind and fun to interact with the food was freshly hot and made welly.

Bathroom is disgusting. No soap, no paper towels or toilet paper have to wipe with napkins that they give to customers with their orders. Food was barely filled w any meat and mostly beans and lettuce/cheese

Super extremely slow, Taco Bell I don’t know the kid working at drive-through is probably on some thing and doesn’t understand simple instructions. There are extremely slow here. It’s so ridiculous. It took 25 minutes at least just to get something from them. I don’t know why these people are like this and if they’re doing it deliberately, but this place stuff he needs new management and some employees.
The app and Google Maps both stated that the location was open until 4AM. I placed an order on the app and arrived at the location at 2:50AM. The staff told me they were closed. I asked why two different apps showed them open until 4AM if they weren't, and they couldn't give me an answer. They also couldn't figure out how to cancel the order. I had to contact Corporate and explain the situation in order to get my money back.

Greatfood and friendly customer service awesome rewards program every time I go there, I get enough points through the app for a free taco or a free something next time. It's excellent. I recommend that if you're on a budget all the time like I am lol really not funny.

Did a pick up order here and the food was terrible cheesy fiesta potatoes were stale they put beans in my beefy 5 layer burrito when i asked for none also looks like they wiped the floor with it see pics below….2 of the sodas i ordered the new purple flavor were flat and had no flavor they didn’t have it for the self serve soda machine so i asked if they could fill it up in the back and it was still terrible…The store smells weird things are broken the store is broken down the store itself needs help!!…I called the store to speak with someone and they answer saying this is state farm…This taco bell is a joke serving nasty food i don’t recommend and i won’t be back and to add nobody in there speaks a lick of english….

Spent over 10 minutes sitting at the speaker in silence. I spoke twice and twice I was asked “1 moment please” and then another 5-7 minutes of silence while the car at the window never moved. When I spoke up again and just asked if they could park the car at the window I so I could leave, the woman at the speaker was rude and said “one more minutes the car at the window is leaving in a few minutes” to which I again said “I’ve already been sitting her for 15! I will never go to this location again! They just sit on their phones or give customers nasty looks!
