A solid taco bell but bathrooms are locked and not available for customers

I don't eat TB often but I must say that the food was fresh and really good at this location and the young man at the window was so sweet 😍 Service was quick and my order was correct.
Don’t order anything here. All the staff wants to hang out in their cars. Just wanted to order something quick since I was out and about all day so I made a little mobile order.
Prepaid for it and showed up and no one was at the drive thru but a bunch of people I assume staff all wearing the same shirts were out side then all went to their cars to hang out. My app said my order was being prepared. But everyone is outside? Went to the window. There was not one person inside at 4:00 in the afternoon. Waited for a few mins. Nothing. Drove to the front. No one inside. At all. But a bunch of people in black shirts in their cars. I hate writing these reviews but don’t come here wasting your time. Poor poor service.

im at this taco bell right now the ice machine is down they are selling you drinks with no ice knowing fully well people are paying for cold drinks the soda machine all coke brands are taste really weird the employees there dont give 2pucks they just giving you latrine customer service like its acceptable if there is a manager here they not up to customer service standards at all latrine i said what i said

Ordered breakfast the other day and the lady helping us was unfortunately quite rude. She had an attitude for some reason and she definitely gave off the impression they she did not want to be there. To top it all off she messed up our order and gave us the wrong burritos. I've had wonderful experiences with the hicksville and levittown locations but will not be returning to this one anytime soon.

As Hispanic I very disappointed this Taco Bell they ladies employee very rude they give me husband a mess taco chalupa with black beans so was kind mess all my husband wants changes another one he ask the employee all Hispanic ladies they look him like he was dog throwing food. They mad at him give him dirty look my husband pay to get good service they start talking trash while we eating they need manners how to treat the customer. I will never come over here
Food and ambiance are second to none. Close your eyes and you would swear your in cantina in Cozumel!! For a treat try a MTN DEW Baja Blast Freeze !
