Went through the drive-thru the person working the drive-thru was lack luster, and couldn't put their phone down long enough to do their job properly. The Taco bell manager should really keep a closer eye on their employees see if their doing it without a phone in their hand.

During my hour break I like to find somewhere I can go inside and eat and relax and everytime I come here the tables are filthy floor sticky dead bugs on window seal filthy inside do they not clean this place?

I originally went to the drive thru but it was full I waited 10 minutes at the drive thru. I decided to back out the drive thru and go inside and still had to wait. This one cashier took my order and I had to wait super long to get my order not to mention other customer orders they got incorrect. I asked how long it would take to get my order and that I didn’t have a lot of time left and she didn’t understand what I was saying. She got someone who knew English my best guess the manager and I explained to him about the issue and asked for his name (Jack Ferman). Thankfully he was able to get my order out fast but I told him that they should hire cashiers who knew English. Personally I never had to wait that long for food. Definitely won’t be going there anymore and I will be calling corporations about this issue.

Usually customer service is great but I think I left my wallet at this location and I live about 40 minutes away (I was visiting my cousins near Farmingdale and we decided to grab a bite ) and I’ve been trying to call this location but no one picks up plus there’s no voicemail box. I really hope someone can reach out to me soon.

After 5 times of being disappointed with my orders I'm done with this place. Food skimped and soggy. Soda tastes like syrup. Don't understand why they can't even. Handle cutting a quasadilla. I think it's time to get a new staff or train them properly. Welcome to bidens America.
Just got assaulted by a worker with a metal stick. I asked for my burrito with no sauce twice. He called me a liar, even when I showed him the sauce in the burrito 2x now, the 3rd time He opened the drive thru window and swung on me with a metal stick with a sharp screw in drivethru he drew blood from my arm...
Another date. Do you ever remember the cinnamon twists??? Idiots. I think you do it 60% of the time. Horrible location!-Yet another shorted order. No receipt too so you have no proof but a $26 bill.Always no flavor in soda.4 months later still bad soda. Nobody really cares about soda syrup.

If you can handle serving breakfast don't offer breakfast. I waited in an empty restaurant for 20 minutes to be helped. I told them that I was there for a breakfast taco and it was 20 minutes to 11:00 when I said that. They didn't help me till a couple of minutes to 11:00 and by the time we finished placing the order through the app it wasn't accepted because it was after 11:00 a.m. and they claim they weren't going to be able to honor the free breakfast taco. I said I was here for 20 minutes waiting and if you can't order the taco for free on the app just give it to me free you're about to throw out all your breakfast items anyway. The girl on the product line heard me and assembled a quick sausage egg taco. I was appreciative but when I opened it to see what it looked like it was dismal at best.

Disrespectful kids working there.. yesterday some kid was laughing at me through the drive thru asking me if i got into an accident because he saw my car was scratched. He started asking me how it happened while laughing while im just trying to get food and go back to work. I was confused and insulted so i went to burger king next door instead. Won't be going back there for a while if ever again. I dont know his name but all i know is he was overweight with glasses working the drive thru around 3 pm
