We just had our wedding here last night and it was the most incredible venue ever!!!! To start - our sales manager was Mindy and we cannot say enough great things about her. From the start she helped us navigate a 300 person wedding with kindness and patience. She always answered our emails and questions immediately. She made sure we got everything we wanted and more!!!! Edgar and Janet were amazing additions. They managed to flip the ballroom from a ceremony space to a reception space in less than 80 minutes and it was seriously incredible. No one even knew that it was the same room!! The food was top notch, bar tenders were INCREDIBLE, staff was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better day. This wedding cannot be beat and that is because of this incredible venue and people. If you're considering the Heritage Club don't hesitate !!!! Just to top off how amazing everyone was - the father of the brides tux button popped off and immediately the bridal attendant sewed if on without hesitation like nothing ever happened.

The other night, Wednesday night, the opening night of the summer, I came to heritage club. My father went for years, for the live musical events that he loved. When we were all out waiting for the music to Get started, there was a downpour and everyone went inside. We grabbed a table, and informed one of the waiters that we were waiting to sit at a table and they said no problem. The supervisor said we could sit there. As we were sitting down and looking at menus, a woman employee named Angela said I'm sorry but you can't sit here, the tables are reserved. My father dragged that table to that area. He said he reserved table for 3. Then she said no, the tables are for people outside who came in. My father said he was outside and came in. She said no it's not for you. She asked two women to sit at the table my father was initially invited to go and they said no they didn't want it, and then angela reluctantly said my father could sit there. My father acquiesced due to stories of wait staff getting revenge in their way. It's a great club, but my father was very unhappy about this experience. Everything else about this place such as the ambience and the music is wonderful.

We just had our 3rd event at the Heritage Club at Bethpage. Our contact person Lori has been beyond amazing and so responsive to all of my calls and emails. Our maître d Rafael is very detail oriented and has met all our detailed requests at all 3 events. He was so good that we requested him for our 2nd and 3rd event and we have already requested him for our June event. The wait staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, the service is second to none and the facility is beautiful and very comfortable. All of our guests have enjoyed our events. As a not for profit organization we have many requests and details to make our night successful and Rafael is always there to make sure everything is going smoothly including making sure our guests with dietary restrictions are taken care of and have what they need. If you are in need of a venue for a small or large event look no further. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, the Heritage Club will not disappoint.

We had our wedding here in March. I am so so happy we decided to go with this venue. From the start I spoke with Mindy and she was a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable and responsive the entire planning process. The venue is so unique and different. Just walking in the detail and floors grab your attention. The large mirrors are a great spot to do a seating chart. Our guests loved that detail. I felt like I didn't have to go crazy with decor because the entrance gave it so much character. The cocktail hour room was gorgeous. I loved the vibe they set for cocktail hour. Lights were dim, fireplace lit , candles on the tables. They have a great selection for cocktail hour to pick from. Everything was very very good. Our reception room was so spacious and the colors were so clean you could really decorate any way you'd like. We had about 200 guests and we still had plenty of space but at the same time it didn't feel empty. I do wish the ceremony room inside was a different color and had more detail like the rest of the space. But the photos I've seen for outdoor weddings seems beautiful. My bridal assistant Janet knew what I needed before I even did. She was so attentive and amazing the entire night. Our guest said the food was great, they loved the space and the energy our whole night was very high. Our guests were ready to party and I truly believe it was how unique , spacious and smoothly everything went that helped make that happen for us.

We had our daughter's bridal shower on September 10, 2022 in The Oak Room at the Heritage Club at Bethpage. From the very beginning of this process we were impressed with their services. Starting with the initial tour and arrangement with Danielle Ackman and Sarah Palmieri. They were really helpful and very responsive to all our questions. On the day of the event, we were very impressed with the set up of the room, just right to out specifications. The staff headed by Raphael was just awesome. Staff members that I want to recognize are Steve and Mary Jane. Once they knew that I am a strict vegetarian, they even made sure that I got vegetarian apps. The lighting and sound were excellent. The food was phenomenal. The attention to detail is what makes them excel over others. Of course, the ambience and the views are an added bonus but the service is what will put this venue at the top of our list of selections. We want to thank all of the staff at this great venue. Just had a great birthday celebration at the Heritage Club on Wed night! There were 11 of us and they had an awesome table all set up for us with a table cloth. The service was good, could have cleaned up our plates and drinks, but all in all they were awesome. The food was good, music was fantastic! The manager, Raphael, was attentive, very kind and made sure that everything was going well. Would definitely recommend!

Cannot say enough about our experience. I had my daughters Bridal Shower yesterday and it was magical. The food was incredible everyone raved! The staff attended to every need we had with a smile. Raphael ran our event and he was incredible. Everything we needed or asked for he made sure was done. The bartender and wait staff were just as attentive. I'm in the industry and pleasing me is not always so easy, but this was above and beyond perfect. Sarah who worked with us to book and plan the menu along with all the little details was incredible. I would highly recommend this venue for an event in your life

Been here many times before but the last 2 times I have been, I had to wait 20+ minutes to get the check back. Disappointed as the servers were not apologetic. Place is also understaffed. Would like a response from the owner with an explanation thanks.

We had our wedding reception on 5/20/22 at Heritage Club and it was truly the most magical day of our lives! Truly a DREAM! We worked with Mindy from the start, who is beyond amazing. She always answered our questions promptly and made us feel like we've known her forever! The night of our wedding we had Edgar as our maitre d' and Kelly was my bridal attendant. Edgar was on top of everything and made sure our night ran smoothly! Kelly was the best, always there when I needed her, helped me change my shoes, made sure we drank water and ate!! We couldn't ask for more! The venue is stunning and the food is out of this world!! Our family and friends have not stopped talking about our wedding. They raved about the food and how beautiful the venue is. I wish I could relive this day over and over again! Could not be happier!!

I've been here twice now, once for a sweet 16 and now for a wedding. The grounds and club are very nice, old, but very nice and maintained very well. Both times now, The cocktail hour was so hot, I was sweating through my suit. Carving station had for bed beef(weird) and a very tough piece of meat. Usually at nice weddings, it's a very nice cut of prime rib. Pasta Mac and cheese with "lobster" which had no lobster at all. Chinese food station was just ok, and the best thing was the calamari. I with I was not impressed with the food at all. We now moved to the wedding venue room. The scallop salad(disgusting) was super weird. A cold weird "salad". Consisted of scallops that smelled fishy, with corn and a coke slaw type green. I ordered duck for my dinner and my wife ordered the filet. The filet was the size of my sons hand(he's 3) and the duck www absolutely awful. Super disappointed with the entire thing. Passed desserts at the end were very crappy. Cake pops? Come on. Elvis Shooters, awful. Taste like cardboard and old banana. I hope I never get invited here again.
