The chocolate duck is fantastic! Got a bunch of chocolate bunnies for Easter. The owners are the most caring, nicest people- they really put a lot of passion into their products and it shows from the quality and presentation. The store is clean, cute and inviting. Everyone loved their bunnies, and I got a dark chocolate one for myself. I ate 80% in one sitting because it's that good. If you love chocolate, this is a great local spot to try!

This place was so cute! And the prices weren't bad either. I usually encounter these specialty chocolate places accompanied with a higher price tag but CD is reasonably priced. They also have a lot of different designs and flavors and choices to choose from. They have cute arrangements and baskets already made for any upcoming holiday. They also have a backroom that sells chocolate or candy molds. They have a la carte chocolate pieces by weight as well in the front end of the store, that selection is a little smaller but they have the basic go to choices :)

Absolutely love this place!! I'm 38 and have been going here since I was a little kid with my mom. She would make Easter candy every year and she'd always and only buy her candy discs and molds here. She passed 20 years but my sister and I still come here for our molds and candy. I don't know what it is but they honestly have the best chocolate. I tried another place once and won't make that mistake again. If you enjoy making your own candy than this should be your #1 go to place to get any supplies you'll need. They also have really nice chocolates they make and sell as well.

The owner is the rudest man ever. I stopped going to the Chocolate Duck years ago because of his poor, nasty condescending attitude towards customers. I do not know how he stays in business except I heard his daughter works there is very nice and helpful. I wouldn't give that man a dime of my money.

This store is great I moved to Florida and I emailed them cuz I needed some chocolates to make some lollipops and Easter things well they said they can definitely accommodate me and mail me chocolate from New York to Florida this is satisfying the customer they are very accommodating and I really miss going there now that I live in Florida but I know I will be ordering there soon so they can mail it to me try them out they are fantastic

Booked a birthday party and to say it was a disappointment from start to finish is an understatement. Three young teenage staffers who were in charge of the party were clearly not properly trained and should not have been put in that role by the owner/operator. The three clearly weren't capable as they spent almost the entire party huddled together and chatting throughout the party. This is in no way a intended to speak badly of teenagers, as I don't fault them, they simply shouldn't have been in that role. Most disappointing was the fact that as the attendees sat just chatting because there was no games or activities we had to ask for the cake, at which time a boxed sheet cake with the BJ's Wholesale Club price sticker on the box was brought out, but nobody could light the candles because their lighter didn't work. Finally a few candles were lit, but how can a bakery buy a birthday cake from BJ's?? Not requesting a refund or anything, but when pointed out that the birthday cake for party at a bakery was obviously from BJs Wholesale, it was very disappointing to be told "yeh, BJs cakes are cheaper so we use those."

I attended my very good friends sons birthday party here. The service was absolutely horrible. They were short on food and served open bottles of soda. It was completely unacceptable. Customer service gave my friend an extremely difficult time when disputing the situation. I would never book my child’s party here. Complete nightmare.

Novice to the chocolatier world, this place has wall to wall displays of setting molds, chocolates, and everything you need to make your own treats, including a friendly gentleman behind the counter to tell you exactly what you need to do to make things turn out perfectly. They also do custom orders such as ribbon making to personalize your product.. so happy this place is around, in a world where everything online is a gamble, it's nice to have a face to face interaction to actually provide exactly what you need and actual answers that are helpful.

I was so happy with the custom cookies made for my daughter's baptism. CJ and the team at Chocolate Duck made the process so easy and I was really pleased with the price, the service and especially the final product. They were beautiful and my guests loved them!

This shop is very over priced and the girls that work in the front are very rude! I come here bc it is convenient and I can get edible images printed. However, every time I order an edible image to be printed and ready at a specific date and time, when I arrive it is NEVER done! And then the girls have the nerve to get an attitude with me that I'm upset. If a customer orders something to be done at a specific date and time and they show up even 24 hours after the confirmed date and time and their order isn't even started yet, they have the right to be upset.
