Had my office Holiday party here in the past as a sit down luncheon and food and service was wonderful. Yesterday had a retirement party for my colleague and everyone was so accommodating. All my guests loved the food and atmosphere, service was again wonderful and the staff was so nice. Thank you

I've been here a few times. I've had both large and small gatherings. There is nothing but good things to say. It's huge and very accommodating to a group looking to watch a game. You feel welcome to have a few drinks and hang out. The food is good and the service is top notch. Definitely a good time.

Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I've had, by far the worst anywhere on LI. Waitress was smiley and spoke pleasantly and the French fries were good, that's where the positives end. Tap beer was flat (surprising for a bar), food took nearly an hour, 2 of the 3 entrees were bad, all 3 meals were room temperature, multiple items (sauce cups, an entire side salad) were missing, every person had to individually ask for their water cup to be refilled, table was not cleared as plates and glasses were finished. When the bill came, it appeared one meal was comped (the one which was messed up the most) we assumed it was intentional. The waitress came back and informed us that she added a comparable item to the bill since now she couldn't access the lunch items in the computer. The item that was added was more expensive and barely an apology was given. Manager never came over and nothing was done for us. Definitely will not be back.

I had my son’s graduation party there. We had such a wonderful time. Steve, the Manager, along with the entire staff could not have been more accommodating! We had the separate room to the side which included the bar, and they set it up so nicely. Food was delicious, along with cake & desserts. I would highly recommend The Main Event!! 5 Stars!!

Really nice place. I pop in sometimes in the afternoon when I have business in the area. Staff is really friendly and helpful, and the prices and portions won't destroy you. After three years of being in a power wheelchair as opposed to walking, I've learned that in 2024, most of even the newer things in the world are not built for me. It's a shame. I got the money and the time, just lousy access.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ahh. Yeah. If you don't need the bathroom ever, you're good. They tried. They have a portable ramp that they use for deliveries that's at like a 45 degree angle. This is a power chair that weighs 366 pounds. I got stuck trying to get off of it, then didn't even really fit in or out of the bathroom. Sad to say, but I had to get creative.
