The ambiance was perfect for a date & celebration for a couple of. The food was delicious. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly. Our server was perfect. The manager greeted us and checked in to see if there was anything we needed and he was just outstanding, also. Another great night out at one of our favorite restaurants that is designated for special occasions.

Couple rough patches, initially they forgot that we had reserved for Thursdate, however they told us the hostess was new so we were understanding and they set up a new table for us that was very nice. My boyfriend found a fruit fly in his wine, but they gave him a new over poured glass and gave us a $25 off discount for all the troubles. Great experience overall and our waitress was extremely nice and understanding!

Another wonderful evening at The Melting Pot. As devoted fans of the Fiesta Cheddar fondue, we tried a new cheese- the Hot Honey Alpine fondue, which is now our new favorite! The steak lovers fondue was awesome as always and the 24K Chocolate fondue was every bit as good as it sounds.

Excellent experience all around! Our server was phenomenal and all courses were thoroughly enjoyed. Our table was a curved booth, which was exceptionally comfortable, but did make it difficult for all parties to reach both burners without standing up at times, particularly for the cheese and chocolate courses. The portions of the main course were adequate and all trimmings (vegetables, breads, dessert dunking items) were unlimited for the asking. My only complaint was the volume of cheeses and chocolates - for 4 people I think they could've been more generous and have been in the past. Absolutely delicious but definitely could have used more and these were not the expensive items like the main entrees. I'd go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend them - just would like a bit more cheese and chocolate next time.

This was my first time at a fondue restaurant, and I had high hopes. We did the two-course experience (appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert). The food tasted good, and the service was excellent—the staff was friendly and the place looked great. Unfortunately, the portion sizes were very small, and there were no sides like rice or fries to help make it a full meal. We left still feeling hungry. If the quantity of food had been just a bit more generous, I would have given five stars. Nice experience overall, but probably won't return due to the lack of food for the price. $184 for two people.

We had a wonderful experience for my daughter's 11th birthday. She absolutely loves cooking her own food on the little grill and especially the chocolate at the end - I think they licked the pots clean lol. Great restaurant for a special occasion!
Food is still good, but overpriced. Husband and son got the 4 course meal. I did an add on of cheese and main course. Main course was $42. Very overpriced.

The food was nothing short of amazing and we got super full. Let’s talk about how good the cheese fondue was. also don’t forget Marvin is also the bartender and he makes amazing drinks. We got the passion Paloma and the lemon berry mojito. Please just take your time and come here. Me and my boyfriend are celebrating his graduation 💕💕💕💕💕From College and this really put the cherry on the top.
