I have went a couple times before. But last night was absolutely the best experience. Blake was our waiter and helped out with whatever we needed. He deserves a HUGE raise. He was the best waiter I have had. The food was delicious and I loved the atmosphere

I’m not a review person and seeing how few I write them should tell you just how important this review is. Had stopped in for a treat and walked out with an experience. Our waiter Nicholas M. was AMAZING! Super friendly down to earth and had us laughing and left us with the tremendous urge to return for more. Cannot express how awesome he was in words you just have to see for yourself. Ask for Nicholas M. and you will not be disappointed. Will be returning!

I love the melting pot. The food is great and the ambiance is great. However, I went with my fiance during restaurant week and the restaurant was insanely short-staffed. The bartender was also our server who was also our kitchen staff. It took a full hour before we got our first course. I do not blame our server but I do blame the restaurant for not having sufficient staff for their reserved tables or reaching out to those who had reservations to offer to reschedule given their low staff. They should have had extra staff given it was restaurant week!

Our party of 4 enjoyed a leisurely dinner at a comfortable semi-private table. Service was friendly, helpful, and efficient . Food and beverages were fresh and delicious. A novel dining experience.

Our waiter Nicholas was great. It do take awhile for our food to come out, which was perfectly fine but then the bus staff was very quick to want to take our stuff away. Other than that, it was a wonderful meal.

Our server Marie was great. Unfortunately we feel the portions are becoming less and less. The cheese fondue is less than half the pot. Same with chocolate. We ve been going here for years and have definitely seen a difference in potion control and the prices going up.

I had such an amazing time here. I brought my brother here for his birthday and they treated us like gold. Danny, the manager, was so kind and accommodating. Greg was our server and he paid special attention to us and kept us smiling the whole time. I can't wait to go back and would recommend everyone t try them! I didn't even mention how AMAZING the food and drinks were!!

We took our daughter to the Melting Pot for a family dinner. We opted for the four-course dinner menu. Since we had a table with just one burner, we had to agree on our fondue selections. My husband and I share similar tastes, while our daughter has quite a different palate. It would have been great if our table had two burners so we could enjoy a wider variety of fondues. We kicked things off with the Alpine hot honey appetizer, which came with bread, pretzel bread, peppers and grapes, and we all really enjoyed it. Next up was the salad, which was delicious. For our main course, we decided to grill instead of going for fondue, as our waitress suggested. We had petite filet, teriyaki steak, sesame tuna, and chicken. While chicken is an option for grilling, I wouldn't choose it again in the future because it takes too long to cook. It was served with several dipping sauces and a garlic and wine seasoning. Everyone loved the teriyaki steak, but the rest needed some dipping sauce for flavor. For dessert, we went with milk chocolate fondue, which we all enjoyed a lot. It came with a mix of brownies, cakes, marshmallows, strawberries, and bananas. In our opinion, the fruit dippers were the best. Dining here was definitely an experience; dinner took almost three hours. The restaurant was packed, so I recommend making a reservation to ensure you get seated on time. I'd definitely go back again; on Wednesdays, they offer a three-course meal for $40 per person. A better value for sure.

I had the best melting pot experience of my life tonight! This was my first time at the Farmingdale location. I’ve been to the melting pot in several other states, but not here. I don’t often write reviews but I really wanted to shout out my waiter and his service. I believe their name is Supy. He was so kind and truly made this memorable. We had a lot of questions about the menu and he was very informative and knowledgeable :) My friend and I drink a lot of water and Supy was always right there to refill our water, which was VERY nice, and is one of the most important aspects to me of good service. I only goto the melting pot once a year, but because of our amazing experience tonight, I will be back very shortly! I was trying to think of the perfect date location for my active-duty partner when he visits for the holidays, and after my positive experience tonight, I will definitely be coming here with him! :) Thank you Supy and the Farmingdale team! <3

We arrived at about 1pm there and they were just beginning to host two separate parties. Without reservation we were able to be seated promptly in a nice quiet area. Lovely middle of the day meal.
