Let’s start off with our waiter Marvin. He has the most amazing Customer Service skills and knows everything that you can know about this place. The food was nothing short of amazing and we got super full. Let’s talk about how good the cheese fondue was. also don’t forget Marvin is also the bartender and he makes amazing drinks. We got the passion Paloma and the lemon berry mojito. Please just take your time and come here. Me and my boyfriend are celebrating his graduation 💕💕💕💕💕From College and this really put the cherry on the top.

Greg was a fantastic server and made this experience amazing. He had made it so fun and enjoyable, I cannot say enough good things about his service!! I am definitely coming back, food was amazing and such a cool concept. Would recommend for anyone of any ages, and again thank you Greg for you amazing service!!!

We enjoyed dinner last night at the Melting Pot in Farmingdale. What an absolute amazing experience! Drinks and food were beyond fabulous! The manager, Andre, was attentive to all guests. The staff was friendly and made sure every aspect of our evening was exactly what we hoped for! Our table was set up beautifully and the entire restaurant was very tastefully decorated for Valentine’s Day. There was a Photo Booth and an excellent curated set menu for the evening that covered all bases. I highly recommend and will be back!

Kid-friendliness: I've taken my kids here several times without issue. Only draw backs is that it is a long meal 2.5hrs and the pots on the table are hot.

Every year my friend and I meet up at melting pot and get the fondue chocolate at 8pm. We love going here and catching up. However our waiter Mike was really rude and put a damper on our experience. As soon as he took our order he was clearly trying to run up the bill so we would tip him higher by assuming we were doing the full course menu and ordering alcohol. Once we only asked for the chocolate he immediately brought it out and then put the check on the table and never came back to ask how we were doing or refill the waters and would come only check to see if we put our card down while we were still eating. We usually order more dipping sides but this time we didn’t because the check was already generated and on our table without us asking.
