I have my 50th birthday party at royal Palm last night. First, I can say that the place is clean and beautiful, 2nd, the staff are very professional and very welcoming. Everyone at royal Palm made me feel at ease and made me experience the best time of my life. All my guest gave you 100% for good customer service. We recently hosted our 40th birthday party, and I cannot say enough about the incredible job done by the maître d’ Jonathan. From start to finish, his attentiveness ensured everything ran seamlessly. Jonathan was amazing! Super organized, and made sure everything ran so smoothly. He checked in often, handled all the details effortlessly, and really let us enjoy the party without stress. Couldn’t have asked for better!
