Very disappointed! Beautiful location, friendly servers but the food was slightly warm and in some instances cold. The chicken nuggets were the only thing that kept coming out fresh. The food not only lacked warmth, but it lacked flavor as well.

The New Year's Eve party that my family and 2 other neighbors families experienced here was exceptional. The entire night from the moment you walk in to this place until the night ends is perfectly executed. The decor, the staff, food and drinks and some unexpected experiences, and the dance party ringing in the New Year were all great and added the wow factor we were all seeking. I definitely feel like the price we paid for the night was well worth it. If you are looking for a perfect place to celebrate any special catered occasion I would recommend calling here first. Thank you to the entire staff for a great night.

Very nice place in Nassau/Suffok County of Long Island Nee York. They have few banquets halls and very well decorated with elegant artwork and flowers. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. We have been there many times for wedding reception and birthday parties. Very close to all express ways. Easy to get in and out.

We went to The Royal Palm annual New Year’s Eve bash and wow, they went above and beyond to showcase everything they have to offer. What an unforgettable night amongst family friends at this incredible establishment. The owners, general manager and the rest of the team are just phenomenal. They really care about all the little details that go into an event like this. Will definitely book my next event here in the future.

Where do I even start….this NYE party was a HIT, upon entry I was greeted with a glass of champagne and a family photo op with props lol. Once the festivities began it was non stop entertainment and music. I definitely appreciated the choice of music they played to the begin the night and how it leveled up as the night continued. The food and beverage options were also a plus (I had to grab a second plate once I realized how many options I was given….everything was delicious and so flavorful) the staff was very attentive and friendly never was I nor my family in need of anything that The Royal Palm staff wasn’t able to provide us with in a timely and prompt manner. Once we departed from the party my family and I could not stop raving about our experiences at the party. Very much looking forward to the next opportunity my family and I get to experience at The Royal Palm. We already confirmed as a family that we definitely will be at the next year’s party and will be asking more Family/friends to join us 🎉🎊🙌🏽

What a wonderful time spent at the Royal Palm for NYE. The crowd that gathered were all friendly people which created an awesome atmosphere for celebration. The Entertainment, raffles, food and drinks were top notch as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to ring in the New Year.

The atmosphere in the place is fun and it was a good time for New Year’s Eve The DJ and the DJ staff were the best. Lots of entertainment. The food was not good Everything was cold Buffet line was an a hour long. Need a much better system for serving With the booking fees, we paid just around $200 a person and we were eight people for that much money the food should’ve been high quality and it was not. The crazy thing is the place is only 2/3 full and they still did not serve the food properly
