I recently attended a wedding at this venue, and it was truly one of the most beautiful events I’ve ever experienced! The location is absolutely stunning—everything from the picturesque views to the elegant setup was perfect. The staff was incredibly attentive especially Yissel, making sure that every guest felt taken care of. The flow of the evening was seamless, and the food was outstanding! You could really see how much care and attention went into every detail. It was a magical night, and I can only imagine how happy the couple must have been. Highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

As the groom of the wedding on 8/25/24 evening, I am reluctant to write this review but I wanted to share my experience from my big day at this venue. First, on the day of booking this hall the owner stated garland and chicken roast ceremony would be included to all 7 of us but later closer to the wedding date she said it was not included in our package which is very unprofessional and misleading. Next, the wedding sales manager who booked our event just greeted us and left on the day of my wedding, as he knew all the details for our wedding, he assigned someone else who we never met so a disaster start to my wedding day. The service and food were terrible. Soda machine stations broke 2-3 times so very limited water/soda options to the point they quit trying to fix the machines and told people no longer in service. Only 3-4 servers for 350 guests party hall so pretty much self service and they did not refill water/soda to my guests. Food were the not the same flavors or tastes we selected and tasted from kababjees catering services. I do not think the food was even ordered or even made from kababjees for my wedding, as several guests have ate at kababjees and know their food quality and tastes. Very lackluster wedding venue, looks fancy on the outside and inside but lack basic customer service. We even reached out after the wedding to the owner(s) but no reply. The owner was offended when we mentioned other halls like joya hall, worlds fair Marina and Woodhaven manor when we booked as if their hall as anything special at all. They are full of it, very high egos. Ive been to weddings here before and they have been fine but for some reason my wedding Venue experience was terrible here. I would not recommend this hall to anyone. My family, friends and guests were greatly disrespected by the lack of service, lack of care and embarrassing food quality for my wedding and I feel ashamed as this is injustice.

Amazing!!! I had my daughters Quince here and I am so happy I choose the Royal Palm. This venue is so beautiful and clean. The food was amazing, the DJ was amazing, the decoration was amazing, the staff so helpful and attentive. All of our guest were so happy and gave us so many complements about the party. Was told that setup time for our event was at 11am I arrives at 12 noon but never have access to begin setting up until 2:45pm bc the folks from the wedding the night before was just breaking down the space. Went to setup the ceremony space they didn't even put out the chairs after 3:15pm for a 4:30 wedding. They eventually finish ceremony space at 3:45 and I went to add the touches. Went back to the hall not even 1/2 of the tables had tablecloths on them still. Everything was a rush bc of their delay. Was told by staff candles will be lit during cocktail hour, 10 minutes before reception time, went in, not 1 candle was lit; staff was unable to provide a working lighter and even though she was told we needed a few minutes to lite the candles, she invited all guest to the banquet hall while we were still finishing up 2 tables. They did not distribute favors, had to grab guest to help and they did not cut up and distribute the wedding cake. I had to cut up and distribute cake to remaining family members hanging around and helping the couple to pack their things. The entire time after setup i didn't see Janathan, however once it was time to head out he came offering to bring our things out and looking at the time. Time was against us and everything was rushed, if we had the place as we were told everything would have been much better. Would never recommend this place to any1 not even for a baby shower. Staff lack time management skill, does not follow through or keep their promises to their client.

First time there for a desi wedding and the appetizers were SO good. I mean mind blowing good chilli chicken, chicken tikka, gobi manchurian. I shamelessly got seconds because ugh ? so good. The space is also very nice. The bride and groom set up a tent outside for Maghrib prayer and it was so peaceful to pray outside with the crickets and the breeze. Really great. So many nooks and crannies for pics too.
As for the excellent service, they are friendly, the food is very delicious, my guests loved the professionalism, thank you very much ?
