Wow!
I am always looking for a good deal, and today I got a coupon for a family meal deal from Vico for $25 (down from $35). It included salad, pasta and an entree for 4 people, so we chose the garden salad, pasta a la vodka, and the chicken parm. First of all, they must be used to big appetites! We could have comfortably fed 6, and fed 8 in a pinch, and most importantly, the food was delicious. I'll gladly get this again at $35, where it will STILL be a deal!

My boyfriends family ordered from this restaurant tonight, the only food the restaurant cancelled from the order was the chicken francese. The food tonight was fantastic, the vodka parmigiana was out of this world as well as the penne alla vodka. Amazing food!

I got the $34.95 family takeout special meal last night. I had heard about it but never tried it or the Restaurant, but it was on my list. The family takeout was beyond expectations. Absolutely delicious more than enough food for three adults and enough to have some pasta and salad the next day..when I called to order, I had the pleasure to speak to Giuseppe I found out later he was the owner. He was extremely nice and helpful very passionate about the restaurant the food the culture and it’s high quality ingredient's when I followed up with Maria she Couldn’t be more nicer. Jose is a server I am looking forward to meeting when I come for dinner, he’s a proud employee and a super cool part of this establishment, you can hear it in his voice.

I can’t wait to return for a sit down meal, They deserve the business. These are good people and they serve delicious Authentic high quality Italian food. FYI, the chicken parm cut like butter, they are three huge pieces meant to cut up at home we ate 1 each and it was a lot..the rigatoni vodka sauce was excellent, and the Caesar salad and the dressing to die for. Three trays for $34.95 plus tax?!!!!! you can’t beat it!! It’s soooo worth it..to not turn the stove on or go to an overpriced supermarket. Try it and thank me later!

The food was amazing which is a shame because the service was AWFUL. There were two young girls running the restaurant, it was not busy at all. Instead of checking on customers they sat behind the bar ate dinner and were standing around talking. I was left with no water on my table for about 15 minutes. Then once I finally got the water, I was left waiting for my bill for 20 minutes while they continued yapping and eating. Very frustrating.

This place is truly amazing—it takes me straight back to Italy every single time. The food is incredibly authentic, with all the pasta made fresh in-house and sauces that taste like they came straight from Italy. There’s something about the sauce in particular that instantly reminds me of what I had while traveling there. The chef is from the Amalfi Coast, and you can genuinely taste that authenticity in every bite.

This was my second visit. I came in solo for lunch this time and sat at the bar to get some work done. The atmosphere alone makes you feel like you’re in Italy—warm, inviting, and full of character. Kayla, my server, was so kind and attentive, which made the experience even better.

I ordered the Baladin Nazionale, a 100% Italian beer, and it was delicious—and reasonably priced at $6.50. Kayla also told me about the specials, and I started with what she described as an eggplant “meatball.” It was absolutely delicious, and the sauce that came with it was incredible.

For my main dish, I ordered the Rigatoni ai Funghi, and wow—it was phenomenal. The pasta reminded me so much of what I had in Italy, and everything tasted so fresh and perfectly balanced. You can really tell how much care goes into the food here.

For dessert, I had the Delizia alle Fragole. The strawberry custard was light, fresh, and the perfect way to end the meal.

I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for truly authentic Italian food from the Amalfi Coast. It’s also a wonderful spot to visit solo—everyone is genuinely welcoming and kind. Next time, I’ll definitely be trying the pizza—I’ve heard it’s amazing! 🍕💛

**Also, can’t forget about Bob Ross, they have playing on one of their TV 24/7, love bob ross he’s so soothing to watch! Love that they did this!

This place was very disappointing.
A few things
1. The menu could be the most basic boring menu I have ever scene.
2. The service was really bad. They acted like they were remotely interested in the customer.
3. The place is tiny and when the front door opens the hole restaurant gets blasted with the outside air. You definitely need to dine there with your winter jacket on.
This definitely was not my favorite place.

We chose Vico for our New Year’s Eve dinner, and Alessandra made it an unforgettable evening from the start.

She greeted us with such genuine warmth that the whole table instantly relaxed and felt truly welcomed—like we were special guests on a big night.

She knew the menu inside and out, highlighting the clean, high-quality ingredients that set Vico apart. She shared a quick, heartfelt bit about the owner’s vision of bringing authentic Italian to Farmingdale, which added a nice personal touch to the experience.

Her descriptions of the specials were spot-on and so tempting we ordered a couple we hadn’t planned on—they were outstanding.

What really made the night was how she made us feel cared for: attentive without hovering, remembering our small preferences, and keeping the energy relaxed and celebratory all evening.

The food was phenomenal, but Alessandra turned a great New Year’s Eve meal into something truly special. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Thank you, Alessandra—you made our night!
