i got an entire $12 meal just now that included a wrap and fries and they wouldn’t give me 2 sauces (one for each) without paying for the second one. absolutely ridiculous. i was the only person in the entire restaurant at 11am on a monday.

I feel like this wendys is either a hit or miss. I've had plenty of good experiences with bad experiences. Though if you do have a bad experience, fill out the surveys and they usually make it right. The food is good and best get the frosty key chain when they're out, you'll get a Jr. Frosty with every meal for the rest of the year. This is great value.

I went last night through the drive thru with my husband and we couldn’t order any of our food because the inside of the restaurant was too loud with music and they weren’t able to hear me. I had to leave and wasn’t able to order any food.

Make sure to specify which potatoe you want if you dont they give you just a plain potato - no butter no sour cream. Also, this location no longer offers the broccoli & cheese - only plain cheese or bacon & cheese for toppings.

I really like this location around 11:30 this morning i left the doctor's office. unsing the drive through I placed an order for $5:00 with coffee so i can take medication before heading home. At the window I realized that i forgot my wallet home, blood sugar reading up and up I really need to eat something i left Windy's with no food. So sad.

I would have to say that this is one of the less desirable Wendy's I have been to. Unfortunately, more often than not, the drive through order is not correct. How hard is it to get a double with bacon, cheese, onions and ketchup? However, either the bacon or cheese is left off. The point of drive through is to get the food fast, so why would I then return to fix the order.

And when a place is open till 9:30 and you get there an hour and a half before closing and they ran out of chili which is the reason that you came there, very disappointing.

Definitely a very poor experience. Visited this location today and was literally being discouraged by my daughter as we turned into the parking lot drive thru.. she explained that a few years ago her order was literally tossed out the drive thru at her instead of being handed to her. Even though she was very upset about it she didn’t make a big deal about it ; she just knew she was never spending her money at this location ever again.
I decided to visit anyway thinking maybe this time would be better but to my surprise it wasn’t. The young lady taking my order was very rude and disrespectful very nonchalant and dismissive and answered back with WHAT!! at my questions asked Instead of saying can you repeat that or excuse me. When you work in any establishment that deals with the public common curtesy is a must. If you don’t like what you do for a living then clearly it’s time for a career change. Always show up to work and give your best; or just don’t show up at all. Especially when you’re dealing with the public. Everyone is going through something just don’t take whatever you’re going through on others. We are human beings and we need to be nicer to each other.

The Wendy's on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale has an exceptionally nice and friendly staff! The place is immaculate and the food is always perfect!!

The employees don't know nothing about the wedy's system or application or reward system !
I told the employee to scan the qr code from wendy app from my phone and she told me that the rewards don't work at this branch then tried to charge me over 5 dollars extra because i asked for extra tomato and pickles in my sandwish !!
When i asked to see the screen to see how much this extra tomato cost, then she asked her manager and told me that they applied a discount for me !
Overall the branch is clean and the sandwishes taste good but the employees need to be trained and if actually the reward program is not working here, then this should be a local sandwish shop and not a franchise for a brand as wendy !
