Definitely a very poor experience. Visited this location today and was literally being discouraged by my daughter as we turned into the parking lot drive thru.. she explained that a few years ago her order was literally tossed out the drive thru at her instead of being handed to her. Even though she was very upset about it she didn’t make a big deal about it ; she just knew she was never spending her money at this location ever again.
I decided to visit anyway thinking maybe this time would be better but to my surprise it wasn’t. The young lady taking my order was very rude and disrespectful very nonchalant and dismissive and answered back with WHAT!! at my questions asked Instead of saying can you repeat that or excuse me. When you work in any establishment that deals with the public common curtesy is a must. If you don’t like what you do for a living then clearly it’s time for a career change. Always show up to work and give your best; or just don’t show up at all. Especially when you’re dealing with the public. Everyone is going through something just don’t take whatever you’re going through on others. We are human beings and we need to be nicer to each other.

The Wendy's on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale has an exceptionally nice and friendly staff! The place is immaculate and the food is always perfect!!

The employees don't know nothing about the wedy's system or application or reward system !
I told the employee to scan the qr code from wendy app from my phone and she told me that the rewards don't work at this branch then tried to charge me over 5 dollars extra because i asked for extra tomato and pickles in my sandwish !!
When i asked to see the screen to see how much this extra tomato cost, then she asked her manager and told me that they applied a discount for me !
Overall the branch is clean and the sandwishes taste good but the employees need to be trained and if actually the reward program is not working here, then this should be a local sandwish shop and not a franchise for a brand as wendy !

I don't typically write reviews but this deserves one. I come it at night after work and everytime I've come in one of the employees is constantly yelling at everyone. She might be the reddest person I've ever seen and I don't think I've seen her do anything but yell. I think her name is Ana, but somebody needs to get her under control, she makes my whole visit unpleasant.
This location is always fast to process the line....the food is always great and made to order.

Only drove through, I don't usually eat fast food so I gave it a 3 but it is better then most fast food.
Vegetarian options: They have baked potato but unless you order it plain then there are dairy products on and bacon
Kid-friendliness: All fast food restaurants seem kid friendly dly due to the kid styled menu.

The muffin must have been reheated and like a rock sausage missing. Customer service sent me a meal voucher. By. NO DECAF coffee !! that is horrible that they took DECAF choice away

Horrible management!! Had a problem with an online order which arrived missing items. I called and spoke to the manager. She told me to come get the missing items. I told her I was without a car, hence the delivery. Told me to call delivery driver. When I called back to tell management the delivery driver didn't answer, she became dismissive and rude. She told me that her employees saw driver take missing items. Well, I still don't have my items. Management took no responsibility for work ethic...I can only imagine what she let's slide with the quality of the food. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Great good. Friendly service. Unfortunately the cashier told me the rewards/offers from the Wendy’s app do not work at their location.
