Bought a vanilla frosty last night. When I went to eat it there were black specks in it. First I thought vanilla bean and then realized it was dirty or mold from the machine. So gross never going back and telling everyone

Double check your order’s items when you picked up your mobile order at windows. Nobody apologize for missing 2 side order of the chicken nuggets after I asked. When asked the manageress name, she told you her name on the receipt but the name is said Cashier. Bad experience

I said no meat on my egg sandwich 4 times to the cashier and they still gave me meat. Just going to claim the charge as fraud, so sick of this. Now I get to be hangry all day at work. Just put the screens in the store and fire cashiers, I'll take my own order since the cashiers can't do it.

Just went here for a Son of Baconator double cheeseburger. But what they gave me was a single hamburger with no cheese, bacon, tomato or lettuce on it. I don't know if someone screwed up or if they're cutting too many corners. But, though they're usually okay with orders, this one was a disaster.

Definitely won’t be coming back here again! My whole order was messed up!!! They tell me to come back and fix it and bring the kids started eating the food they would t except it back or they wouldn’t give a credit for what wasn’t there. They give us bread with two slices of meat in it no crispy chicken blt lie we ordered and half the burgers had been messed up. There weee only 3 nuggets in the kids meal which I believe soon be 4 and fries weren’t even fille. Best disappointed in the manger the way he handled it .
