First, there was only one other customer in the store and he was already sitting down and eating. This was my first time going to Wendy's for breakfast, not really by choice but for the convenience as it was right next door to the veterinarian where I took my dog. I even mentioned to the young man who took my order that I was a first time Wendy's breakfast customer Anyway I had a #9 combo which was "new" on the menu, a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. I don't know how that is a new selection as it is the most basic thing you can order for breakfast, but anyway I digress. It was not appetizing at all. This was a dine in experience and the food was not hot, the muffin was chewy, the cheese wasn't melted and I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. The combo came with these well seasoned, potato home fry chips but they were also very luke warm at best. At least they didn't mess up the orange juice! If the food was served hot it may not have turned me off to the degree that it did. As for that young man, if I had a customer who told me it was my first time at my establishment, I would have bent over backwards to make sure it was the best experience ever, especially since nobody comes into this store on a Sunday morning. This generation just doesn't get it. Sorry Dave.....

Your standard Wendy's. Good food, drive through was moving pretty swiftly, employees were kind. It's right next to my college so I'll definitely be back. If you want a good sandwich, try that ghost pepper chicken sandwich. You won't be disappointed

Worked here for 6 months and final straw was my father about to pass away and I got the call while on clock…I literally cried and begged the bald white mean manager to let me go home and instead he told me there was nothing he could do and I have to finish my shift and stay until 1am…ended up missing the chance to say my final goodbyes to him all for Mr baldy to say he’s feeling “tired” so he ended up leaving the store early. 100% refuse this location extremely rude and inhumane

Horrible customer service, the guy just straight up refused to take my order because I didn’t have a car. Guess we need a car to place an order in a 5$ burger place keep up the good work will make sure to never come here again

Tried applying for a job here last month. The manger was really rude the moment I met him, I dodged a bullet having him as a boss. Was pissed off that I arrived a few minutes late at orientation. Pissed of that I wasn’t openly available and told me “I’m this close to telling you not to bother coming here” at that point I decided to save him the trouble and not bother coming, ironically he got what he wanted. Please don’t apply here the manager will make your life a living hell. I genuinely feel bad for his employees

I've been going to this one for about a year averaging maybe 3 times a month and my order hasn't been wrong once! The interior needs an update but that has no effect on the food or service.The parking lot is a little tight but it's nothing compared to the turn to get out of the drive thru lol
