I usually go to the drive-thru at this place not bad just make sure that before you drive off you have your sauces for your nuggets.

Me and my friends were starving after a long at adventure land and was looking for food, this wendy’s was slow at drive thru didn’t answer online calls, and had many people waiting at the drive thru. don’t recommend going after adventure land at night

The young man who took my order did the bare minimum and got my order wrong which was such a simple order. I only wanted two items. SMH.

A young lady greeted us through the drive thru couldn’t find our order and a old man processed to take my husbands order couldn’t find my order and the man forgot to turn his microphone off and automatically said “He’s lying” we pulled up and showed him we had order online.

I had to stand and wait for 20 minutes to get my food and the servicer was not wearing any gloves while handling my food.
This Wendy's is really raggedy and run down. The rugs are dirty. A section of the floor is sinking in. It has a bad odor in there the seats are ripped and worn down. After sitting down for a minute to order on my app. I started realizing things about this place.
After noticing this. I said if they let the appearance on the inside imagine how the food taste. I go up to the coynter reluctantly just to see what kind of customer service they had. And when the employee comes to the register. No smile no greeting.
Instead the employee says yes what do you want? Not even a hello what can I get you. I'm like I'm good I'll go somewhere else. As I'm leaving a woman goes storming up to the counter and says what is this you give me a frozen chicken sandwich. The chicken is frozen not even cooked and soggy fries that was probably sitting there for a while I wasn't a refund now. As I'm watching this. The employee says you need to come back tomorrow the manager is not here.
She said no I'm not coming back tomorrow. This is your mess up.you going to that register or you own pocket and give me my refund back now. I don't care I'm not coming back tomorrow. He said he's not doing anything. That she needs to come back tomorrow. She said ok she's calling the cops and the board of health.
Then he gave her the refund and said your band from here come back here and you'll be arrested. She looked around and said who'd want to come here this place is disgusting. She took out her phone took pictures. And said she calling the board of health this place need to be shut down and left.
The district manager fell asleep and forgot about this location. They really need to remodel clean up the inside of the restaurant both appearance and get rid of some of the garbage employees. Can't believe this place is still in business. All the bacteria that must be living in the dinning room. Stay far away from this location unless you want to get sick. Majority of the ppl probably go through the drive thrugh and don't know about the inside.
But don't take my word for it. Next time you go take a look at the inside. And you'll see what I mean It's filthy and disgusting.

Had the grilled chicken wrap which I’ve had before and I didn’t feel the care was retaken to o make it properly. It was tasteless and the Diet Coke was like water which means the mixer was bad. The best part was the fries which were hot and fresh. I’m disappointed as Wendy’s is my favorite but these kids working there need supervision. This branch just lost me as a customer. You e gotta do better at monitoring these branches Wendy’s. One of my worst experiences! Unfortunate. A waste of my $13+ with my donation.

First, there was only one other customer in the store and he was already sitting down and eating. This was my first time going to Wendy's for breakfast, not really by choice but for the convenience as it was right next door to the veterinarian where I took my dog. I even mentioned to the young man who took my order that I was a first time Wendy's breakfast customer Anyway I had a #9 combo which was "new" on the menu, a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. I don't know how that is a new selection as it is the most basic thing you can order for breakfast, but anyway I digress. It was not appetizing at all. This was a dine in experience and the food was not hot, the muffin was chewy, the cheese wasn't melted and I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. The combo came with these well seasoned, potato home fry chips but they were also very luke warm at best. At least they didn't mess up the orange juice! If the food was served hot it may not have turned me off to the degree that it did. As for that young man, if I had a customer who told me it was my first time at my establishment, I would have bent over backwards to make sure it was the best experience ever, especially since nobody comes into this store on a Sunday morning. This generation just doesn't get it. Sorry Dave.....
