Great and fast service. Burgers were steaming hot! Went a few days later and still same service. It's gonna be my go-to white castle. Absolutely worth the drive from east islip!

Wheelchair accessibility: They don't have table to seat, but they have an area where you can stand out from the building that attached a small table. That area looks easily accessible with wheelchair. 🤗

I come here pretty late at night sometimes because I work the night shift around the corner, and despite the fact that whenever I arrive it’s around 3 A.M and there’s no one else around, the staff is always so friendly. Particularly one woman whose name I don’t know, she usually wears a patterned headband. She’s always super friendly and kind, despite the late hours she has to work. I don’t know if I would be able to be as cheerful as she is in her position. The food is always fresh and tasty, and always accurate. No complaints :)

Service here is horrible 7/26/24 at 6:40 am had a young guy working inside ignore me in the drive thru for 10 minutes ignored the speaker where you place an order then i go around to the window he acted like he didn’t see me i called him he then said to me “what do you need” with an nasty attitude then proceeded to tell me i have to go back around to order this is unacceptable. who wants food from a place where you’re not welcomed
