Please note that this location has good staffing. But the Franchise Management just keeps making mistakes after mistake after mistake. I imagine that the decisions that they have made after the last few years will only hurt their sales in some areas, possibly causing location closures.
But to sum it all up, they have removed most of their classic sauce flavors and options. No more Teriyaki, no more Cajun BBQ, no more Citrus Chipotle, no more Chipotle BBQ, no more Cajun Teriyaki, no more normal dry rubs, no more flavors that combine dry rubs and liquid sauces, etc. Nowadays, they almost only have spicier flavors than what they have removed. And to make things worse, they have also ceased the option of waffle fries! Furthermore, they have raised the prices and have lowered the wing counts that you get!
TL;DR: Wings Over now provides you with less food, less options and less customizability all for....higher prices? I am shocked at myself for having to say this, but I would no longer suggest going to any Wings Over establishments. We are entering a sad time in American society =(.

Ordered chicken tenders through Uber Eats, they arrived hot, but boy were they disappointing. They were decently sized but so so dry, I choked trying to eat them. Also the tenders weren't very well tossed in the sauce, there was more sauce on the paper bag than on the tenders. Very disappointed as I used to order wings from here all the time.

I get the tender hot honey and it is so good. Amazing portion, amazing amount of sauce and always cooked perfect. Ignore the superbowl reviews, they were so crowded because they are so good. 10/10 highly
This place used to be so good and we decided to place an order for the Super Bowl days in advance. Paid almost $100. Yesterday there was a huge wait for our order. In the end they didn’t have it and we were told we could either wait longer (past 6, pick up was at 3) or take a “similar” order home. We took the similar order which was nowhere similar and had a bunch of extra fried wings with no sauce. We kept trying to get a refund and were told to call, when calling we kept getting hung up on. On top of that, we are not sure how long these wings were out, but my family and I all had stomach issues that night

Great food, stupendous actually. But even if you pick up and order ahead super bowl Sunday they will not have your wings on time. I paid in advance 2+weeks, even called 3 hours before the pickup time to confirm that they will have the wings by the time I arrive. Welp. 45 mins later and no wings. I bet it will be an hour or two of waiting. Chaos when this place is busy. Come on i paid in advance over two weeks ago,spent over 200 dollars, have my order ready before hand. It's obviously really not run well and a high school kid operation
