This place used to be so good and we decided to place an order for the Super Bowl days in advance. Paid almost $100. Yesterday there was a huge wait for our order. In the end they didn’t have it and we were told we could either wait longer (past 6, pick up was at 3) or take a “similar” order home. We took the similar order which was nowhere similar and had a bunch of extra fried wings with no sauce. We kept trying to get a refund and were told to call, when calling we kept getting hung up on. On top of that, we are not sure how long these wings were out, but my family and I all had stomach issues that night

Great food, stupendous actually. But even if you pick up and order ahead super bowl Sunday they will not have your wings on time. I paid in advance 2+weeks, even called 3 hours before the pickup time to confirm that they will have the wings by the time I arrive. Welp. 45 mins later and no wings. I bet it will be an hour or two of waiting. Chaos when this place is busy. Come on i paid in advance over two weeks ago,spent over 200 dollars, have my order ready before hand. It's obviously really not run well and a high school kid operation

Ordered through Uber eats since I live too far for store delivery. This is the 3rd location of Wings Over I am reviewing. Wings over Farmingdale has been my goto wing place since 2010. Their large portions and juicy tasty chicken tenders are truly unique.The sauce options very good too.Packaging of this delivery order was great.16 tenders came in a metal serving tray with top and sauces, forks and napkins were in a stapled bag delivered along with it.Can’t wait to order again soon!Especially through their app. Which gave 4 free tenders with first order placed through the app!

Placed an order today at 5:37 for a 6:06 pick up. Did not get my food till 6:55. Ridiculous! There are 7-8 people standing around waiting 30 plus minutes for food. I’m pretty sure part of my order was ready but then they forgot the other part since some was hot and some was cold. Also another person was talking to had a 6:20 pickup and got his food at 6:45 before me. Don’t keep taking orders if you can’t handle what you have. The worst part is the girl at the front didn’t even say sorry for the wait to myself or a number of other people. This place is not new and should learn how to get their act together. Terrible service!

Food is great, don’t get me wrong. However, if you order delivery, expect at least 3x as much time for delivery. We were told 20 mins, it’s now been an hour and 10. This isn’t the first time. When we call we’re told they only have one driver and for some god forsaken reason won’t let Grubhub drivers pick up?I’m sure it’s much better if you’re actually at the location.Please please please reconsider having one driver. Also, the driver is nice but he doesn’t read directions very well. We always request no knocks, just put the food by the door. Every time, he knocks. ?♀️. I’ve tried saying something to him but I don’t think he understood.

I always see this place as I ride up and down Jericho Turnpike, so the other day, I finally went in. Their selection was very unique and massive. I really contemplated spending way more than I intended because it all sounded so good. In the end, I went with the ciroc infused mango habenaro chicken and white chocolate macadamia waffles. The waffles were a little soft, but other than that, they tasted amazing. Their chicken was off the charts! As far their atmosphere goes, I enjoyed seeing old school videos on the TV as I waited for my food. The decor was a nice touch. The service was quick and respectful. Forgot the woman's name that took my order, but she was very nice and attentive. Overall, I recommend this place and definitely want to go back to try a lot of other things they have to offer.Parking: It's located in a strip mall, so generally, there should always be parking spaces
