Terrible experience!!! We don't typically like fast food anyway...I cook every night...but this was a huge mistake!! They forgot to give me half of my order...and they gave me 2 drinks with no straws...and I asked for a drink holder and they said they had none. Unbelievable really. Another reason why we haven't been to a Burger King in almost 10 years!!!

Just picked up an app order. Was supposed to get a a whopper with cheese and got no cheese. 3 pies only got 2. And they forgot a whopper jr. it’s always something here. Wish people could just pay attention and care about their job. The service at the window was great though.

This store should be closed permanently the staff are low life's and unprofessional and so is the food I would recommend you never go there. Avoid this place at all costs go down the street to McDonald's. I walked in I spent $18. My fries where were so salty. I couldn't eat the whopper it was old and Had cheese on it and I didn't order it. And the fish sandwi i ordered was cold and old. I wanted to get a refund. They told me. I can't give you a refund. I can only give you a card. With half the value on your next order. I left my money. The card and my receipt at the store. I would never go to that Burger King or any other Burger King ever and again. And when I spoke to the assistant manager, she gave me an attitude and told me. I'm the one who backed your a fool but I can make it again. I said you didn't get it right the first time. I sure don't want you to do it a second time. Lesson learned I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I stopped. I guess that's what you gotta do from now on. Or you get burned for 18.00 or more.
