Customer service needs improvement as quality of food depends on listening skills. Joe always does a great job and he's the hardest working employee in that place.
Worst gas station in the world .
Nice little gas station and deli/market. Free air as well. I feel bad for the employees however, it seems like they are perpetually understaffed and overworked. I don't blame them for seeming a little grumpy or off at times, customer service can be a pain. Especially when there's 2 employees juggling ice cream, making sandwiches, and more meanwhile the phones ringing and the lines getting long.
Got weird looks after coming out of restroom by employee then said employee continues to go talk to coworkers about me because she had to wait to use the bathroom
This review is specifically related to their air pump. In my hometown and past vacation destinations, I usually count on Rutter's, Sheetz, and Wawa to check the tire pressure of my tires before undertaking long drives. None of the aforementioned convenience stores are in upstate New York, so I had to be creative. There was a Mobil up from my hotel, but their air pump was not what I was used to. Speedway and Kwik Fill charge for air (the convenience stores I go to have air for free). I had to search for somewhere to get free air if at all possible, so I gave Byrne Dairy & Deli a shot. Guess what was in the back of the store!? You guessed it; a free air pump that was easy to use in a way like I used it at home. Also, it was convenient to my destinations for the day. All 3 days I used it, it worked with ease. Thanks, Byrne Dairy & Deli, for having a free, working air pump to "deflate" any anxiety I had about my tires in the unseasonably hot weather.
*As a token of my thanks, I got gas at the Byrne Dairy & Deli in Penn Yan.
2nd time I went to get ice cream. Both times made to feel i was inconvenience to them. This time I ordered a sandwich on line. It wasn't done when I got there. Employees were goofing off. I told the girl I wanted ice cream too. She informed another female. That female said I had to wait till she was done writing her letter. I go to get my sandwich and he still doesn't have it done. Then gets mad because I wasn't conversing with him. He Got an attitude. This being the same guy who gave me attitude the first time I visited. He made my sandwich with brown lettuce! Bad customer service!
Ordered some pizza slices and an employee in the back threw a fit she had to make more Pizza since we bought the last slices... oh no! You had to do your job...
Literally, La La Land. Insane
Stopped in 8:30 in the morning no food ready no breakfast pizza no breakfast sandwiches nothing they never do and don't go in the bathroom they never clean it. Very very dirty. Disgusting.

I stopped in this location just before 5pm on a tuesday. I had to use the restroom. That was the single grossest restroom I have seen in a long time. To be nice, the sink was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the floor was dirty, zero toilet paper or paper towels. It doesn't get like that in 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure nobody had cleaned it in hours.
I go here for my kids all the time, and they are treated well and the staff always takes care of them. Whether it is for shakes or pizza, or one of their special flavor milks, its a good place to go. The only reason it didn't get a 5 star rating is it needs more staffing. The staff they have do a great job but are definitely overworked.
Neat cleanGood selections
Whenever I go to the station I get treated poorly the staff are not very friendly and act careless. The phone never gets answered either I call multiple times at different hours and still nothing.
This place is so frustrating. Went today for coffee at 6:45. Every creamer and milk and half and half were out. Prime time. Coffee hadnt been checked in hours. It wasn't busy. Even if it was that's no excuse. You rob me at 3 bucks for a coffee and then disrespect my time. The pizza is never fresh and the people look like zombies. You need to bring in some regional management to retrain the management of this store because it's clearly a leadership issue. There is also a reason they can't retain staff. Leadership.I'm not exaggerating when I say that my 12 yo son manages better convince stores in his video games and believe it or not... His game is more complicated.Respect your brand and respect your customers and send someone in there to get the house in order.
