Terrible service. No one working at the front cash. Forced to walk through drive through or use a kiosk which doesn't even have their full menu. Staff says they're too busy.

In what world is 25 minutes for two coffees acceptable? The prepped cups sat under the taps for 15+ minutes without anyone taking the 10 seconds to fill each of them. Unfortunately it is what to expect from this location.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just to get to the window and was told they dont take $50 Bills . Wasted 30 minutes of my life just to leave empty handed those are things that should be communicated before hand and not after someone had wasted 30+ minutes of their life when they could simply go else where. And on top of that she just RUDE about it .

This location is unfortunately an unmitigated disaster. I can't believe what I just witnessed waiting for my order. Employees yelling at and accosting customers for trying to snag their drink that's sitting there in a pile of 15-20 drinks for 5-10 minutes. Unbelievable and ridiculous. Will never return.

I am Long Island born and raised. But I left for over a decade. I've had good food in other places, but nothing can compare to New York food. Coming here brought me back to Nirvana! Even in upstate NY food is superior.

dunkin is dunkin - not the best to begin with - add a 18 min drive thru wait… pass.

go to finger lakes coffee across 332; worth the wait for quality, price

This location doesn't seem to be able to handle the morning rush especially at the drive thru. Today my wait was over 20 minutes. 10 of those minutes I was left sitting at the window. I could literally see my iced coffee ready to go but the staff seemed to only be able to focus on the customers at the counter. Eventually I just drove off because at this point I was late for work. I will not be back.

Literally never had worse service tonight. I asked for a caramel coffee with extra caramel and liquid sugar. I got my coffee no extra caramel and had regular sugar. I also asked for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to get it and had to leave to go to work without even getting my food. A bagel. The staff looked at me several times through the window as well so they know I was there for quite a bit. Tried to call to get a refund or talk to manager and you can't even leave a message.

To start off, these might be the laziest dunkin loation globally, might as well get an award for that. The drink are always wrong in one way or the other and they gave me TWICE spoiled oatmilk chai latte, refused to admit it was expired even tho I could not drink it at all. Theyre almost always out of donuts and only have the damn donut holes, ive gone while opening and ive been during regular hours, ive even doorsashed but theyre always too lazy to make more donuts. A person I know who recently quit working there, admitted that they always had more to make they were just too lazy, and when they dont feel like taking people’s order they just put out the paper that say that they cannot take orders through the drive thru.

Rude Rude Rude my disabled mother went to get coffee they stated their drive thru register crashed and refused to run the coffee out to her. I have 25 other google accounts to leave 1 start reviews if my mother doesn't receive an apology and gift card.

The espresso machines at this location have been broken for almost a month now. Signs have been posted outside the drive thru. PS, Dunkin, if you are reading this, you spelled “inconvenience” wrong 😂

At the Farmington location around 12:40 my fiancée and I were already having a rough Sunday morning and felt that trying the new cookie crumble topped coffee might make it a little better. We arrived to the location and informed the nice person at the drive through speaker that we had a mobile order. The nice person informed us to pull around to the pick-up window. After waiting at the pick-up window for a couple minutes an employe opened the window and asked why we were sitting at the window. I informed them that we were waiting on a mobile order and provided my name. The employee immediately gave me attitude claiming that I did not tell anyone and scolded us saying that I need to inform them at the speaker that we are here for a mobile order. I attempted to explain to the person that we did inform them and were told to pull around. The employee angrily supplied our drinks while continuing to complain that they didn’t know we were there. After handing us our drinks they did not supply us with straws so I sat there for another minute waiting for them to come back to the window; no one came back over so I proceeded to drive away. I’m not much to give reviews but I feel this situation warranted such, this employee had no issue being rude to us for no reason at all and didn’t even apologize after being in the wrong. Hopefully the next time I visit Dunkin, if I do, I don’t get treated like a child.
