Awesome, friendly staff!Sadly, they underfill their products, so it's a bit of a rip-off. They charge nearly $2 a donut, so you'd think they'd care about serving a quality product since they can't justify exorbitant prices any other way. This is obviously an owner problem, not a staff problem. It's pathetic that someone took out massive loans to just ruin their own reputation.

i stopped here last summer and trash was so overwhelming it was in path of drive through -- opted to stay away UNTIL - this past week on monday 2/12, i stopped and went in, place was near empty and drive through was the same, the prices were not readily posted - i was about to make a fairly substantial purchase - but without a price !!! - two or three women were converging near the take out window - when i finally got there attention I asked (to get a feel for the final purchase) what a donut cost and was taken back when i was told 2.00 ea. Now mind you there were few choices to start and this was about 2:30 in the afternoon - meaning they were on the verge of stale - I decided not make a large purchase based on price / freshness / and service, i did order 4 glazed donuts more because i was already there then anything - they were absolutely stale --- ----- twice bitten --- but never a third

I worked at this dunkin recently and quit due to the toxicity, I waited 25 minutes for someone to take my order, but other customers that came in got helped almost immediately. Just because I quit doesn’t mean I should be treated differently and have to wait because I understand they are busy, we all have places to be and it would be nice if they understood that.

The staff and management is out of this world HORRIFICALLY rude! The drinks are NOTHING like the other locations I’ve been to! Other customers while I was waiting made comments about how bad the service was! If you want Dunkin, made the extra trip to the Manchester or Palmyra locations. Better service and they actually know how to make the drinks!

This is the best Dunkin in the greater Rochester area. Staff there really make an effort to serve you even when they get tons of customers at once.

My favorite oat milk chai ! Just wish it had a little bit more chai flavor , but that can’t be helped by the location . Try it with pumpkin if you can ! My partner isn’t as much of a fan of the chais , but they’re addicted to the coconut milk refreshers .

The staff here are amazing!! I'm here every morning before work and get the same thing and it always hits the spot and starts my day off right! I appreciate their time and work they provide for this community.
So I don't come here often but I had an ad come that showed a new iced coffee and it was so delicious. It is called Butter Pecan Crunch Coffee. I recommend this drink and hope it is kept for a long time.

I don’t understand why the workers have an attitude because they didn’t give me my full order that I mobile ordered.They just hoped I wouldn’t notice and got angry when I did. I wasn’t rude, I worked in fast food when I was young. I hate the way fast food employees are treated. That said, she had quite a rotten attitude. 4/4/23.
