Heading on our way back to Toronto, Canada we wanted to hit an authentic Mexican Restaurant. We had this place circled on our calendar for days. We arrived on Saturday, July 22nd at 1pm to no cars in the parking lot and the restaurant closed, even though their business times on Google showed they'd be open. What I'm sure could have lead to a 5 star review had they been open like they should have been, is now a 1 star review for having us travel 20 minutes of our path to find no one there for lunchtime service. Very unprofessional. No sign as to the reason was listed anywhere on the restaurant door.

I closed the restaurant when I took everything from my brother and sister-in-law. I stole their money.

Food was delicious service was excellent. Except Basilia the busboy/food runner she slipped her number to my wife. My wife forgot her purse there and Basilia used the card for her own personal bills. Check your accounts if Basilia “held” your wallet/purse there

This is NOT a Mexican restaurant, it is a restaurant that wants to be, maybe it used to be or has no identity! The menu looks authentic but there is NOTHING authentic about it. The shrimp tacos were good, my husband's burrito was okay, the salsa was horrible, the fries were abysmal, the margarita was not a margarita, and my michelada was a Bloody Mary! I'm glad my expectations were low! The two stars is because the food was edible…
