Heading on our way back to Toronto, Canada we wanted to hit an authentic Mexican Restaurant. We had this place circled on our calendar for days. We arrived on Saturday, July 22nd at 1pm to no cars in the parking lot and the restaurant closed, even though their business times on Google showed they'd be open. What I'm sure could have lead to a 5 star review had they been open like they should have been, is now a 1 star review for having us travel 20 minutes of our path to find no one there for lunchtime service. Very unprofessional. No sign as to the reason was listed anywhere on the restaurant door.

Food was delicious service was excellent. Except Basilia the busboy/food runner she slipped her number to my wife. My wife forgot her purse there and Basilia used the card for her own personal bills. Check your accounts if Basilia “held” your wallet/purse there

I love love love this place. I've been looking for good Mexican food for five years (since I've moved here from the south-west) and I've finally found it in Diablo Loco. I order from here once a week and NEVER regret it. Pricing is amazing, portions are great sized and the service is friendly and fast.

Diablo Loco is fantastic. There is always a wait and its worth it. The food is great, the people are friendly and the service is really good. I have been there many times. Tonight we went and there was only one server and a few runners/bussers for the whole restaurant (20 tables or so). The server was attentive and really on top of everyone. Two entees ana a margarita for under $40. Just go, its worth it.
The best of best , restaurants the owner she is the best I always go every weekend and she remembers us. The best food ever, clean , good prices and excellent services

We have been here several times over the past couple of months and every time the food has been very good. Prices are very reasonable by now day prices and portions are very large. Wait staff is always friendly and accommodating. We have tried different dishes each time and never had a complaint. We just wish this restaurant was closer to Rochester!

WOW! Never heard of not being able to eat at the bar unless you go on the wait list for a seat! 5 open stools at the bar- asked to see a menu and was told had to go on the waitlist cause we were cutting in front of people. Wouldn't even give us chips and salsa. Obviously no one else wanted to sit at the bar to eat. Been to many restaurants and never heard that one before.

So delicious! The three dips were drinkable, super fresh salsa and chips, and amazing entrees! My partner isn't a big fan of Mexican fare, but she loved it. We'll definitely be back!
