Haven't been in here since I was a teenager. Definitely won't be coming back inside. The women screaming out orders and bossing people around is literally terrifying lol. If you hate your job, find a new one. You dont let it be known to customers that your miserable.

It's simply horrible. The lady at the drive-through got mouthy with the customer in front of me. I had a mobile order and didn't need my receipt and moved toward the pickup window. She scolded me the paying customer. Well then, I got my order, which was a steak bagel with an additional rounded egg and no cheese. All I got was a bagel with cheese and a rounded egg mind you I paid an additional $2.49 for!This place does not do well under pressure, nor can they read orders correctly.

Great coffee always hot but you can't get a napkin with your order they are getting really cheap get bacon egg cheese biscuit and a coffee would like to pull over to eat but I have to wait till I get home and sandwich is getting cold as I never get not 1 single napkin from them unbelievable RIGHT!

Always good food and service at the Farmington, NY McDonalds. My go to for quick, delicious food!
Typically have a good experience here, but this morning was not it. I went to go do a curbside pickup and when I go to type in my number it said I can’t place one. So I go through the drive thru and give them my code as usual. They found my order and when I go to pick it up, the lady who seems like the manager was telling me that I need to put a number on or switch to drive thru. I told her multiple times I don’t have that option and she insists I keep trying to restart the app or the order will be refunded. I didn’t have time for that. I told her it makes no sense for the order to be refunded if I provided you with a code at the window. 0 sense at all.

I just went here. 6/8/25 got there around 11:55 and didn’t leave until 12:30. I spent 20 min in line and 15 min waiting for food after they had me pull ahead. I parked in a spot close to door instead of right by the door my mistake. Instead of walking my food 5 steps to me the employee cracked the door to the building stuck her fingers in her mouth and started whistling as loud as she could at me. I didn’t realize it was for my food so she went back inside for another 10 min. She then came outside again stuck her fingers in her mouth and started whistling at me. First of all disgusting she’s putting her fingers in her mouth and handling people food? Someone should fire this lady or call the health department on this location. I then told the lady to never whistle at me because she’s a rude (redacted). Stay away from here honestly worst fast food experience ever.

Its McDonald's so..... but I have to say, whatever they're serving for orange juice is gross. Watered down orange colored liquid. Staff is great, service is prompt, just avoid whatever that is.
