Speed is good, quality of food is good, but ... they sometimes don't get the order right on drive through which is frustrating. Not necessarily major stuff but missing condiments, utensils, etc. Jan. 2026 update: Food took longer than usual to be prepared. Apple Pie took an especially long time. Seemed to be a communication issue.

Most employees at most McDonalds are not people friendly but Amanda, at this location was amazing. She smiled, she spoke, she laughed, and she was wonderful. She should be a team leader and train others how to be pleasant to the customers. She deserves a raise!!

Incredibly SLOW. From ordering my food at the drive thru to pulling out of the parking lot was a total of 30 minutes!!! Another time I ordered a sprite and it was nothing but soda water. Yuck! Seems like they were just taking their jolly, sweet time not paying attention to the line of 6 cars behind me. Stay away from here if possible.
This location in Farmington is a hit or miss on fastness. Sometimes the drive through goes quickly and other times the drive through is backed up. The employees are very nice at the window. I have had to go inside to get my order hoping it would be faster with my mobile order but it wasn't. No one actnolged me standing there waiting and when I was finally asked about my order it still wasn't ready and I had to wait longer. Another time I went in after changing my mobile order from drive through to pick up inside I was waiting, again no one acknowledged me but a manager who looked like he was on break and asked me if I was picking up a mobile order and he got it for me quickly. So over all slow at times but it's a good location.

Ordered #4 mccrispy meal. No lettuce and tom or mayo as pictured. Ckn was cold..nothing crispy about it . Maybe I had to order it deluxe? But cold is not good. Fries were like warm. Yuk

Haven't been in here since I was a teenager. Definitely won't be coming back inside. The women screaming out orders and bossing people around is literally terrifying lol. If you hate your job, find a new one. You dont let it be known to customers that your miserable.
