Never coming here again

I have been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and I think this one is up there as one of the best. I never order drive thru at Taco Bell because I like to customize my order a lot, therefore I cannot attest to drive thru wait times. Very clean inside, staff were nice didn’t seem to overly hate their job. Somehow the food I got tasted fresher than normal so that was a real plus in my book. Ordered inside and got my food in like 6 minutes so no issues on time either. The soft potato taco was Better than mostVegetarian options: You can make the menu all veggie options and easily customize things to be vegan or vegetarian

There's really not much to say! You know what you're getting when you visit a Taco Bell!! This is in no way Mexican food, people! I don't know why we do it to ourselves on rare occasions, because there's an incredible Mexican restaurant literally another 60 seconds down route 332!! It is called DIABLO LOCO and YOU MUST GO THERE!!! Their prices are reasonable, they have amazing drinks, authentic everything...even the decor of the dining room..and it's fantastic for families!!! Whereas, the food at Taco Bell is always cold by the time you drive the 5 minutes home, and all of their meats are very strange looking and tasting...you can always taste Taco Bell the next day, after you eat there ?? But, as I said, you know what you're getting when you go to a Taco Bell! If nothing else, they're consistent...consistently awful and a let down...but we do it to ourselves!!

For being super slow (no other people in the dining room at all) it took extremely long to get our food, then items were missing. Garbage can out in the middle of dining room with no bag in it. Watched an employee come inside from smoking to jump on the line without washing her hands. Will drive to Canandaigua than risk my health hear again. The only competent person on staff was half the age of everyone else. This is just sad. No wonder it was so dead.

This was maybe the best Taco Bell experience I've ever had.Ordered a few things via mobile app and walked over a few minutes later from the hotel I was staying at for the night. All of the staff seemed like they genuinely enjoyed being there. More importantly, all of the food was good. I mean, it's Taco Bell, but it was the best version of those old reliables I've had. The value menu chicken burrito thing, in particular, really punched above its weight class.Not sure when or if I'll ever again be in Farmington, NY, but if I am, I'd be pretty psyched to get food from this Taco Bell again.So, yeah, if you're stopping over and in the mood for some familiar, sodium-laced goodness, this an abnormally good place for it.

Literally the worst experience I’ve had. They made my tacos wrong and made me feel like I was horrible for having them remake them. I wanted plain soft tacos and a plain cheesy crunch thing…just the meat and cheese and they told me that plain means I want it exactly how It’s made with lettuce and spicy ranch. The kid behind the counter tried to pick an argument with me about it.

I try to post balanced reviews and have posted lots of good reviews on Yelp for fast food places when I have a good experience.Unfortunately, THIS Taco Bell location really is a mess. I understand good days and bad days but they are almost all bad days here. The drive thru moves about 1 car every 4 minutes on average. The drink machine is sometimes out of order or they are out of something basic like chicken.Today, I placed a mobile order, endured a long wait just for the 3 cars in front of me. When my turn finally came at the pickup window I was handed a bag that seemed heavier than my little combo meal should but not wanting to slow the line down or slow myself down waiting for them to figure out/prep my correct food, I drove off and picked through it at home and made it work.Getting about 20 dollars worth of food for 10 was nice but of course I really just wanted the combo meal I ordered and preferably not with a 20 minute wait. I haven't had totally incorrect orders here before but there is almost always at least 1 detail that is wrong and it's never EVER speedy.I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that the staff have ALWAYS been very polite and even cheerful to me. That does count for something.

The past two times I've come here for breakfast have been a nightmare. Last time, had to pull to the front and wait 10-15 minutes up front for one meal. Today, went thru. Waited 15 minutes up front again for two meals. But they were missing the egg. Went in, told the girl at the counter who just glared at me and said which one. I said both. She made me one of them. I asked where the other one was and told me she KNOWS one had egg because she made it with attitude. So whipped them and opened them both and showed no egg. She rolled her eyes and went to make the other one. I asked if I could also have the sauce they come with this time too. Said they were out. Why would you not disclose this ? ? I was extremely polite too.

Worst Taco Bell I've been to. Would not honor the tv advertisement for the 5 dollar craving box. The manager was on his phone in the dining area talking to an employee about a bad paycheck that was issued to the employe for the Taco Bell.

The website has the wrong hours for one, every time we go they are out of food.. we tried to come up with a new order since everything we originally wanted was sold out 2 min later they told us they were closed. We drove all that way for them to tell us they were closed maybe that should update their online info and let us take a second to come up with new options since they are always running out of food.

Pretty much every time I come here my order is wrong. I’ve just started pulling around to actually check my bag before leaving because chances are I have to go in to get missing items. Orders are never double checked and rushed even when they aren’t busy. Incredibly

Walked in didn't want to use the kiosk and had to wait while 4 employees stood around chewing the fat.Finally a woman came over to take my order. I guess the days of polite service is dead and gone these days. The food was stale so I threw it out. What a waste of money. Food isn't cheap these days and who can afford to throw away good money after bad food and service! I will never go there again!
