Applebee's Grill + Bar

Came in with our kids after miniature golf. Against my better judgment because of the reputation of Applebees. We were sat pretty fast. Drinks came app came. Than the long wait for our entrees came. Decided to use the bathroom wich was a mistake. It was disgusting and dirty. Service got slower and the restaurant was definitely not busy for the time of night. Nobody bussed our table. It looked like the manager who finally took our plates away. Unfortunately some wanted desert I just wanted to leave. Our kids deserts came out fast but my gfs took longer. We asked for the bill and immediately gave our credit card so we can just escape.

I waited about 20 minutes to pick up the order I had placed in advance and during this time the other staff no one took care of me When I went to them, five people gathered together, playing on the phone, chatting and making jokes with each other, they would communicate when I told him I was waiting, they said to wait a little longer and they still haven't come, it can't be such a ridiculous operation

Honestly it was just what you expect from an Applebee’s. Food was ok, service was good and the atmosphere needs to be updated.

Came here on our way to Montauk for lunch! Service was a little slow but all the girls were amazing! Food was ok. We ordered chicken quesadillas, boneless buffalo wings and a chicken tenders kids menu! $50 (no tip)
Bathroom was very clean and had a baby changing table !

It was really crowded, our waitress was so wonderful taking care of us and apologized for the wait. The food was delicious, and the 5 of us had no complaints. Will definitely visit again.

I love the appetizers at applebee's, but there's not a lot of vegetarian options besides salad. I wish they would step up the quality of the food.. it's applebee's.. It's like the new diner... this place is very, very clean. The staff is very, very nice, very welcoming, very friendly. ..

We love Brooke! Me and my friends come to this Applebee’s at least once a week, and she’s hands down one of the main reasons we keep coming back. Always friendly, on top of everything, and remembers our usuals like we’re regulars at a hometown diner. Brooke’s vibe is just unmatched—genuine, patient, and quick with a laugh. If you’re lucky enough to get her as your server, your night’s already a win. Give that girl a raise!!

I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment my mother, her pastor and his family, and a couple of their friends received during their recent visit to this establishment.

They arrived around 9:40 PM and were seated promptly, but that’s where the service stopped. For nearly two hours, they sat with only drinks and appetizers while other parties—many of them larger and arriving after them—were served full meals well before them. Their order, which consisted of simple items like burgers and fries, never arrived.

When the pastor approached the server to ask for a manager, the response was dismissive: “It’s not my fault—I put the orders in as they came.” Despite this, no manager ever came to the table, and no resolution was offered.

To make matters worse, it was hard to ignore the pattern: every group that received prompt service appeared to be non-Hispanic, while my mother’s table, made up entirely of Hispanic guests, was left waiting and ultimately left the restaurant hungry and disheartened.

Whether this was poor management or something more intentional, the experience left a lasting impression—and not a good one. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect and fairness. Sadly, that didn’t happen here.

Very bad service from the receptionist she attended all the people who arrived after me first and just ignored me and when she wanted she asked me for how many people when supposedly she already had me on the list I will never return

Went for all you can eat shrimp, chicken and ribeyd. Started with ridlets then they tell me they have no SHRIMP!!!!!!!
