Under New Ownership!! There is a HUGE difference from the previous owner. This place is spotless, organized, and we'll stocked! I always get a bacon, egg and cheese on a roll. Side of homefries, and coffee. Everything was excellent! Bagels are really good also. You can tell the new owner strives for nothing but the best. Very friendly service. If you used to go to the "old" place, go back(!) and see/taste the "new place." You are going to be shocked at the difference! Night and day. Great job!! 🥯🍳🥚

Seems like it's new owners that don't have a clue. With one old employee that did the best she could. Display case looked like old air dried food. Not appealing at all. Line was 9 people deep and the one guy who acted like an owner was writing sandwich orders with full word descriptions and details, like no care in the world. The bagels are good. Was afraid to order anything else. Honestly last time I was there was 5 months ago. Noticeably different.

This place has gone down hill. I just received a RAW bagel and my cream cheese was sour.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to warn people of this establishment. Ordered a crispy chicken wrap, which was pretty disgusting. There was one small piece of chicken that seemed like it was cooked last week. Dry and saturated with old oil. The macaroni side salad tasted rancid. Only ate 2 forks worth and threw it out. Coffee was decent. $14 for a wrap and 2 small side salads of this quality was a rip off. Brendels Bagels used to be great. We'd go all the time. But since it changed ownership, it's gone down hill. Plus, there is hardly anything in the display cases. So weird to see them empty on a Sunday at 10:00am. I know times are tough, but they have to do better or else they'll be out of business. That might not be a bad thing though. We need Brendel's Bagels back or an owner that cares about putting out quality food at a decent price. If you're reading this review, I recommend finding a different bagel place even if it's out of the way.

This is not brendels bagels anymore. It's called farmingville bagels and it's nothing compared to brendels. Don't bother wasting your time/money here.

Ordered from DoorDash and received a full refund. Shame on you for serving this type of food, especially with cold cuts. Your employees let food leave your establishment, rancid, and dangerous! Fingers crossed someone in my family doesn’t get sick from the single bite they took! I’ve been calling for the last 15 mins to try to warn you to not let any other food leave your business in this condition but there is no answer.

There is a sweet red head girl who has great customer service makes Fantastic food and puts a smile on with people she knows and doesn’t know and she’s just the best at what she does fast and efficient also, the sweet Older lady is amazing at what she does. She’s fast she’s efficient I don’t care about anybody else says

Haven't been there yet but my son's family goes often. The 1 star is for the person about never having bagels at 10:30. I hope you realize that it opens at 530 in the morning and closes at 2. Mayve you can pre-order for pick up at an earlier time. I get your frustration
