When we called they said oh we forgot…just come in and pick them up. We tried to explain that the whole point was to not leave our house, as we are under the weather….the “managers” response “oh well come another day”.
So we ask for a refund and are told to “call Uber”…we say well how does that work is there something on your end so you can confirm all this and the guy just goes “I don’t know”
I mean…I’m not expecting Harvard scholars but some slight common sense would be nice…

Best Coffee ever. I drink it hot or cold. I order a CAPPUCCINO with an extra shot of espresso. They put whipped cream ? on the top and everything. They really take there time to make sure you get exactly what you want, oppose to hurrying people out quickly. I have tried all coffee shops and love ? DUNKIN DONUTS the best. ??❤️?

my order was first. a toasted twist with butter and snack bacon.tell me why I waited for 2 people behind me to leave until they started making my food10 minutes later and i still had 2 cut and butter my own bagel because they don't know how to without cutting themselves... Please train people to cut bagels properly!!! at least my bacon wasn't raw
