Woman working front counter totally rude. They only gave me two duck sauces for two meals and I asked for an extra duck sauce packet and she only gave me one 🤦♂️. Food isn’t bad very light not heavy.

I just called to try and place an order and the woman got all flustered over the phone. Said my order was too difficult and she couldn't understand me. It was a simple egg drop soup, pepper steak meal, and sesame chicken combo with beef lomein instead of rice. I've never had any issues ordering that before either. I asked if there was someone else who can take my order and she said no then got mad and hung up.

I’ve been a customer for decades! The meals never disappoint. When I moved to farmingville It took a lot of trials to find a place that made meals that tasted the same as the restaurant in my old neighborhood. Lotus Garden did.

We will not be returning. Ordered 2 combo platters for delivery. One with light sauce and one with extra sauce. We live .5 miles away, just a 3 minute drive. Not only did our food come over an hour later, but my light sauce ended up being absolutely no sauce and the combo platter with extra sauce ended up being an extremely average combo platter. The egg rolls were extra oily, did not have a lot in the filling, and honesty the whole meal (whatever I ate) truly left me nauseous. Not to mention the lady on the phone was not pleasant when ordering or when calling back to see where the food was. When considering all of the Chinese food restaurants on portion road, choose another!!!
