The customer service is extremely poor. I had an experience with the female employee at the customer desk. Not only was she rude but did not refrain from confrontational behavior in front of other guests in the restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant solely because of the customer service.

At least thirty years of learning about the mysteries of sushi - from how luxurious and expensive and new it was in New York City in the eighties and slowly seeing it become more accessible and its ranges from upscale restaurants to relaxed lunch specials. From uptown Manhattan fusion kinds to the most basic California roll of the gas station. Sushi lovers like myself know that it's an easy fix on any day and it's always satisfying, and it's always fun to travel near and far to find the best. What I DID NOT SEE COMING was that the BEST SUSHI I would have to date would be on Horseblock Rd. in Farmingville of all places that I've had it. Sam's. Holy cow. It's not only the sushi. It's the soup. The ease and warmth of their welcome. The price. The fresh fruit with the check. WHAT A GEM. I tell all my stuffy NYC foodie friends about this inconspicuous place and its location because they deserve the slap in the face. Sam's. Keep doing whatever you're doing!

Really enjoy the meals here and the staff make you feel welcomed. Sashimi cuts are of quality and they do not skimp out on portions. Great experience all around every time.

Keep hearing about this place and did not disappoint! Was in the area and swung by with my wife and young daughter around lunch time, we had lunch specials and they were awesome - didn't even get into the main menu but looking at the specials on the way out we will definitely be back. Clean and fresh, great service, great prices. Comfortable space although definitely not over decorated or anything, looked like it used to be a dive bar or something. Cool spot, go there.

They are also very nice and you can substitute things that come with meat for tofu or veggies.Parking: Parking is good, there is a lot.Kid-friendliness: There isn't a kid menu but I brought my 2 year old here and he was welcomed. They have high chairs. The staff loved him, he tried to give them a good bye kiss before we left ?
