pulled into the starbucks drive thru at 953 as i saw they closed at 10, i know it was cutting it a bit close to the hour but i was spoken to very rudely by someone who has “been working here for long enough to know the hours “ and i was told it closed at 930. this bad review is solely for false hours online/ very poor customer service .

Terrible Starbucks. Been here for 24 minutes waiting for an order. Staff gives you an attitude of you ask where your order is. I’ve never waited this long at a Starbucks

they’re consistent with the food and the quality 99.9% of the time my coffee is made correctly. It’s upsetting when they close early or aren’t there, but I understand about needing a union.

The barista on the Drive-Thru headset had an attitude saying I placed my order 1 minute before I pulled to the speaker, Even though I made sure to place it way before I even got into the line, and I was waiting in the line longer than 1 minute (about 6 minutes) before I even pulled up to the speaker so that doesn’t make sense. I even looked down at my phone right after she said that and the website literally said it was set to be ready 10 minutes before the current time, and that it will be ready in 6-9 minutes from when I placed it. I understand that it messes up the system when mobile orders pull up right after they are placed, but it’s upsetting to receive an attitude when that wasn’t the case for me.

Mobile ordering is always “not available” and even when it is my order isn’t ready by the time I get there. This place needs better/efficient staff or additional staff I’m sure Starbucks can afford it.
