I want to like this location so much, since it is very close to me but.... its always something.... one visit instead of a frap I got....chopped ice with chacolate chips..... next visit, my drink had no flavor.... this latest one....I was charged for someone else's order, BUT becauae I did not scan my app.....they would not refund me ....
This Starbucks is always fast and efficient. I love doing my mobile orders here because they always have everything ready once I’m there & this is one of the only Starbucks that you’re not waiting forever on the drive thru line. The staff is always kind and friendly. Love it here!
Everytime I come through the drive through (which is at least twice a week), I always am greeted by someone with a huge smile and great attitude. I’ve never seen a fast-food/ coffee place with better customer service. (Especially Donna, Sil, and Kim).
