This Subway location is an absolute joke. They only have ONE staff member working, and it’s painfully obvious they can’t handle the volume of customers. The lobby was full, and instead of being helpful or efficient, the staff member was rude and completely unprofessional.
When I came to pick up my order, she had the audacity to tell me it was at a different store. I proved her wrong, yet instead of apologizing, she told me I’d have to wait and then went on to serve SEVEN other people before even starting my order. No sense of urgency, no respect for customers’ time, and zero accountability.
This place is disgusting—both in attitude and service. If you want to waste your time, be disrespected, and leave hungry, this is the perfect spot. Otherwise, avoid this location at all costs. Management clearly doesn’t care about running a decent business, and it shows.

I placed an online order for pick up when I got home my 6in only had I piece of roast beef and no cheese.my order was two piece of cheese and double the roast beef.i called them and they acted like they didn't hear me and hung up I called again got the same person asked to talk to someone told the other person what the problem was told to come back to remake hero funny they only gave me 4 pieces of roast beef.my husband's 6in had no problems even had so much neat on it wonder why only mine was totally wrong never going back

We found a live bug in our food and when we called them after ordering our food, yhey hung up the phone on us. I don't suggest to go to this location for Subway as they will serve you live creatures and not care about it. Online says the store closes at 9:30, sign on door says the store closes at 9:30. In here at 9:10, lights on, girls inside cleaning with door locked.. Obviously closing the store before the time it’s supposed to be closed. Refuse to serve me. I’ll make sure the manager knows tomorrow.

Went into bathroom after a manager and the sink was dry. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
When I walked in, the bell for the door went off so the employees would know someone was there. It still took them awhile to come to the front. The food was fine but when I went to the bathroom, there was no toliet paper and there was hair in the sink. I've been coming here for years but ever since the new ownership, it hasn't been the same.
