I placed an online order for pick up when I got home my 6in only had I piece of roast beef and no cheese.my order was two piece of cheese and double the roast beef.i called them and they acted like they didn't hear me and hung up I called again got the same person asked to talk to someone told the other person what the problem was told to come back to remake hero funny they only gave me 4 pieces of roast beef.my husband's 6in had no problems even had so much neat on it wonder why only mine was totally wrong never going back

We found a live bug in our food and when we called them after ordering our food, yhey hung up the phone on us. I don't suggest to go to this location for Subway as they will serve you live creatures and not care about it. We have a picture of the bug as well but it won't let us post the picture in the comment section.

Online says the store closes at 9:30, sign on door says the store closes at 9:30. In here at 9:10, lights on, girls inside cleaning with door locked.. Obviously closing the store before the time it’s supposed to be closed. Refuse to serve me. I’ll make sure the manager knows tomorrow.

This Subway is always clean with great staff. They usually make the sandwiches pretty quick and are knowledgeable at what they are doing. I always enjoy the sandwiches I get and definitely recommend this location.

Online says they close at 9:30 and the front door of this restaurant literally says they close at 9:30 and they were closed by 9pm tonight very unprofessional and inconsiderate will not give them my business again after wasting my time once

When I walked in, the bell for the door went off so the employees would know someone was there. It still took them awhile to come to the front. The food was fine but when I went to the bathroom, there was no toliet paper and there was hair in the sink. I've been coming here for years but ever since the new ownership, it hasn't been the same.

First time coming to this location and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt. My sandwich was not even wrapped in paper, it was just put into a bag by itself. It was falling apart, ranch was leaking everywhere. I’ve never been to a subway that didn’t wrap the sandwich in paper. Cookie was also pretty much raw, couldn’t even pick it up.

Doesn't even deserve the star. How do you get an order wrong in front of a customer? Had to repeat myself twice for almost everything and didn't even get my whole order.

Did a test of a bunch of subways in the area, this was by far the best location for food quality. Ordered the same sandwich in 5 different locations, and this by far was the best!

I am usually at this location at least 3-4 times a week to pickup lunch for myself and my daughter and I and the service is usually excellent there is one woman and a young gentleman with a ponytail that are extremely friendly and always make our sandwiches deliciously with a smile! However today I got my usual Chicken BACON Ranch foot long or 6” sub upon being rang up I noticed the total was high and upon further notice it was $2.00 more than what I it should have been and when I question the 3 rd young man who later claimed to be the manager, told me the reason why was because of tax, I asked him why tax was so much and he said “oh because of the bacon!” and I asked the gentleman who made my sandwich if he added extra bacon to which he replied “No, just a regular Chicken Bacon Ranch sub, to which I replied then why the extra $2.00 for bacon? The man at the register said that’s the way it’s put into the register and that’s the price! I said so you are charging me $2.00 more for Bacon on a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub that is already pre-priced on the menu that includes bacon! He pretty much told me yes and I said I order this all the time how long have you been doing this and he told me that’s the way it’s been forever! I asked to speak to the manager to which he replied he was. So I asked for the receipt and the owners name to which he tossed the receipt casually on the counter and said he didn’t know the owners name nor when he would be back into the store! Sorry for the long review but I am seriously wondering how much have I have been over paying without even questioning it prior! I tried to explain to the man at the register that he over charged me like as if I ordered a cheeseburger and he charged me the cheeseburger price which is a little bit more than a hamburger but than charged me additional for the cheese when the price was already reflected in the price on the menu for the cheeseburger, to which he blankly stared at me and told me that was the price am I going to pay it or not?! I will be calling corporate tomorrow and advise them if this locations practices since the young man at the register insisted that was the way he was trained to ring up the subs by the owner and even tried to show me that there was no buttons on the register for the hero’s listed on the signage up on the menus!

Ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and when I opened it up at home there was no chicken! Then the last time I went I ordered a BLT for my pregnant sister and they gave her a BMT… she can’t eat deli meat. This location is terrible, literally never had one problem at the other Farmingville location. Also I wrote to Subway and barely got an apology. I told them I paid for something we had to throw away and can’t even get a refund. Just don’t go to this location!!!

My family have been using ur Farmingville,New York store for over 14 years.I sent my husband in to get our orders.Which usably there is never a problem.well today when my husband was ready to pay the boy says we don't take coupon.Like i stated we r customers for many years never ever did the employee deny us usage of a coupon.My next issue I had gone to Farmingville,New York ordered my usual of a toasted tuna foot long when i got home the sandwich had no tuna on it.Very very disappointed at this time with this location.At this point we can tell you we will no longer be patrons at this location.
