When going through the drive thru I tried to redeem my free queso with my meal. I could not figure out how to order it online so I requested it at the drive-through line. The person at the drive-through line told me I had to come in because she did not have a way to do it there. I parked and went inside and requested my free queso but they told me I would have to spend five dollars before I can get it. I told them I could not figure out how to add it into my order online prior to coming there and it still should come with my meal since I spent over five dollars for the meal. She said she didn’t know how to add it to my order either. They did not want to help. I asked if I was out of luck and she said unfortunately yes.

If only we had Qdoba here and I never had to settle for chipotle to begin with. The staff all seemed like someone just kicked their dog and they had to take it out on someone. That someone being me. The rice was rock hard, the burrito was wrapped twice as it became such a mess after the woman making it poured an obscene amount of salsa in a violent manner. Every table in the joint was dirty. I wish the recurrent one star reviews would bring some change but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Someone please open a Qdoba here and put this place out of its misery.

I don't know who the girl is That was at the register just now When I went in there. It is thursday june 3rd, 7;56pm. She has a heavy set taller woman. She needs to be kept in the back. She has no customer service skills. Gave me zero eye contact and didn't even acknowledge my presence. If she's not good with customers, that is understandable. But keep her in the back so that she doesn't have to deal with customers. It's a bad look.

I went in to get a Burrito and the burrito it self was super thin you can see right through it and the portions they was giving was crazy. I had to get extra meat just to fill the bottom of the burrito because they only gave me a little scoop and then the toppings they were stingy as well.. and how did a burrito end up costing 18 bucks when the extra meat should have been a portion not extra money and they were so quick to rush me through the line I didn’t even have tome to figure out what I even wanted on it. Thank hod I didn’t get chips that would have cost me an extra 5 dollars

I've been going to the Chipotle on Erie Blvd since it opened with no surprises. Why should I expect anything different from a different location? I mean the one thing a fast food restaurant chain should offer is consistency. Let's face it, no one is expecting really good food from any fast food joint, but you are supposed to know what to expect.

What I expected this weekend was a quick salad to go when I stopped at the Chipotle in Fayetteville. What I found was a staff of privileged suburban kids goofing off in the back while one kid worked the line and the register. The result was a slow and disappointing delivery.

The "salad" was a bowl of rice with some beans and a sprinkling of lettuce and meat. The next time I'm in the town center I'll take a few extra minutes and go to Tully's for a decent meal.

Food is usually tasty and atmosphere is fairly typical of any Chipotle. Biggest complaint is the portions have gotten to be almost half of what they used to be especially the last couple of weeks… seems to be the newer hired same short, dark haired girl, AND despite the less amount of food she doesn’t have a clue how to fold a burrito!

The food is good and the servers are friendly, but on my latest trip today the server literally took pains to cut the portions. I had to double the meat for my husband, and the guacamole portion - about a tablespoon - was an insult for $2.50 extra. When I mentioned the size of the portions, the cashier told me corporate had cut them.

The girl with the clear glasses has a serious attitude issue. I hope she gets well soon. I genuinely couldn’t believe her staring at me like she hated me. I got rice and queso and nothing else. She made me pay over 12+ and acted like it was a veggie bowl. She looks miserable and acts like she’s miserable. I feel bad for her. I don’t know what possesses her to be so rude. I will be telling cooperate. I’m done with this restaurant.

The portions sizes at this location get smaller every time I go. I have tried mentioning it to the staff and contacting Chipotle support and nothing is ever done. Staff need to retrained on this immediately. Recently I was forced to pay for double chicken to get the normal portion of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous.
