This was the worst customer service of my life today I will never ever go back again, there was a girl and a lady at the window the girl was taking my order and the lady was taking money or credit card payment, I place an mobile order at the wrong dunkin (sorry guys it was my mistake it happens). The girl was so rude to me pretty much arguing with me about my mobile order to the wrong dunkin I asked them at the speaker is you guys can just remake so I don’t have to drive all the way to the other dunkin, they said at the speaker yea you can pay the window, knowing I already paid for the order. I got to the window the girl just yelled and said you didn’t tell me what you want so rude I told her what I want interrupted me and said we don’t have churro again so rude to me, made me tell her my whole order to tell me she has to charge me again, when I already paid for my order to a different location by mistake. When I place my mobile order to the wrong store I had my receipt and everything showing them and they refused and wanted me to pay again. I’m a manager at a different store and I know when someone messed up like that you should respect that and happily make the order for the guest, I guess not in this case. again will never be coming back, and this is not the first time either this has happened . I have them a second chance.

Women was beyond rude and kept slapping her down on the register like when we order a drink AND FOOD. Then I tried to order the snackin bacon she said "ya but we don't have much left" as if I was gonna get 30 orders which is fatphobic. And she has this weird goth makeup

This location charges $4.09 for a Medium ice coffee now. Other places do not charge that much. I use to pay $4.00 for a Large. Last time I will be going here!!

Love this dunkin. It's the closest to my house. But it feels like service is slipping lately. We recently waited 30 minutes for some wake up wraps and a guy behind us in line was still waiting and he only ordered a couple donuts and a black coffee.
