What happened to quality of your food , portions and preparation. I ordered a salad I have received more appetizing and appealing at Wendy's. The salad looked like it was thrown in the bowl had a total of three small pieces of chicken. I received one teaspoon of dressing and that's being generous. I basically ate dry greens. You need to step up your game use to be great place to eat or get take out. Such a shame hope you take the time to improve quality as your prices are higher than other places .

The worst place ever. I usually go the Panera at Erie blvd and they are the best at everything however I didn’t have time and came to this one I ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich and a soup to start of the avocados were not fresh they were in fact dark nothing was fresh or tasteful do not recommend. Professionalism 👎👎food disgusting

I order and pick up panera at least once a week after today I don’t plan on it. The past two or three times I have ordered a salad it’s getting smaller and smaller for a 17$ salad take out that isn’t okay. Gave them one more chance thinking it was a bad day but i’m better off going to eat!
So I have to say since Panera moved in Fayetteville and included the drive-thru my experience has been worse well I was hoping it would be much better than the previous location. The price is keep increasing and the product is getting worse. I have to go out of my way and make a special trip to come down here and get some asiago bagels with honey walnut cream cheese but even the bagels are tasting like bagels anymore. Another favorite of ours are the kitchen sink cookies and most days when we come out of our way to come down here they don't have any. I'm not sure exactly what they've done with the bagels change the company they're using the recipe whatever but it's not working anymore which is sad because Panera is the only place that I like to get my bagels and now I have nowhere to get bagels that taste like actual bagels.

We doordashed our food and it was amazing. I am absolutely impressed. The store was closing for deliveries, yet our food was so fresh and the temperatures were all perfect. This is my favorite location. I highly recommend trying it out. I will admit, it is a little pricey, however, I feel it makes up for the quality of ingredients. ☆☆☆☆☆ P.s. Dining in makes for a great atmosphere no matter the weather.
