We always have a great experience here. Love the food. Love the onion rings but when an Onion Ring tower that has approx 12 Onion Rings to it for almost $13......... Getting a bit out of hand.

The folks in this Red Robin are always so friendly, fast service, attentive without being pushy. We love going here for lunch!

Parking: This is in a nice open mall, where there is plenty of parking for all the stores & restaurants

Kid-friendliness: They always try to make kids happy, they have the typical coloring sheet & crayons, yet they treat the kids with respect & actually talk to them, engaging them!

Wheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped, so the parking right outside the door, with a nice flat walk or roll-in set of double doors is wonderful! And while the do have booths & highboy set-ups for eating, they also have plenty of tables where a wheelchair can easily get to.

Went for a friend's birthday very late in the evening. We called ahead asking to make a reservation but they did not do any type of reservation there; but the hostess who answered us appreciated the heads up! We were seated in less than ten minutes. Our waiter Keith gave us amazing service and was very patient with the 8 of us, even after making an oopsies on one of our orders. Along with that, the staff were very friendly and the dining area + restrooms were very clean!

I don't come down here frequently but every time I do, I always come here. The burgers and fries NEVER disappoint!

Seated right away. No sooner did we sit down and the waitress was there to take orders. Hadn't looked at
menu yet. Waited awhile for our food but ee weren't in a rush. Didn't see our waitress again until she brought the check. Never did she ask if we wanted more fries , refills on drinks or dessert . My husband wanted doughnuts but she didn't give us a chance to order. The best part of my meal was the broccoli. It was delicious and considered ordering more but that didn't happen. Now I know why we don't go there

Honestly, sometimes a burger is all you need. Now of course they make more than burgers but I still consider it a burger joint and It is one of my favorites.

Good price, good food. Generally the staff is friendly and punctual. Definitely try the garlic parmesan Brussel sprouts

I love red Robin but had a little incident the other day. We went there for my birthday dinner. Waitress brought over our drinks and then our food came out. And while she was passing out our burgers, she hit my glass of water and spilled it all over me and my lap, and even down into my socks and my shoes, the problem I had was, they would not comp any Appetizers, Besides that, the food is always excellent,
