It's a burger joint.Clean .Plenty of bang for the buck.Appetizers were a good portion.Plus unlimited all you can eat sides.
We went to Red Robin for lunch. Service and welcome were great. The bottomless Root Beer Float and fries were great. I ordered the SCORPION hamburger. "Topped with pepper-jack, crispy jalapeños, Scorpion Pepper Sauce, pickles, hot rings, lettuce, tomato and roasted garlic aioli. This one is fire!" It was not on fire. It wasn't even smoldering. While the burger was cooked properly, the whole sandwich was a serious disappointment.

Service was SLOW. Waitress had an attitude and only came by for orders, drinks, and food and that was it. Needed extra fries and special ketchup--finally flagged down the manager. Food is good but the service is BAD and it has been for a while now. I went back hoping the new management/change would improve things but nope.03/21/2024 UPDATE:Advertised the Scorpion burger for 12 dollars. I ordered that. They ended up charging me 16 bucks because I had loyality points to get 10 dollars off if I spent more than 40 dollars. Once our order was taken, waitress was NOWHERE to be found.

Excellent food, shakes, etc. Nothing bad. Steak fries are awesome as well. We like to order the pretzel bites for an appetizer. Staff is very nice and always friendly. Would be five star except for the fact that the 20% tip (which is what I normally give) is based on the whole bill including state sales tax. This caught me the first time without noticing when I was there. Later looking at my e-mailed receipt, I realized it. It's not right. I'm wondering how many people have been duped like me. Now since then I slide down the percentage to compensate to the proper amount. If they get a bunch of people not to notice, they've taken a bunch for a ride. As a side note, Chili's - which is not far from me, does not do this.. We went there recently and their tip is properly assigned with the correct percentage on the subtotal only.. Let's get this adjusted guys....

I've always loved Red Robin. However, the Teriyaki chicken sandwich has gotten so much smaller. The chicken was about half the size it used to be. My husband had the fish and chips, and they were delicious. The fries are always so good.

Got the Blue cheese burgerIt was awesome! My first time in a Red Robin. Will definitely be returning. The burger itself was juice and flavorful. I want to try them all.
