whoever was there 3/14 between 9:30 and 10 needs a bit of an attitude check. i asked for a burrito and barely got a breath in for the second part before she whirled right around with no explanation, she then turned back and said “don’t have any today” in a not very enthusiastic tone. ended up only getting the drink my friend wanted and nothing of what i wanted, didnt want to be around her anymore. just overall did not look like she wanted to be their let alone deal with customers. i work in customer service, trust me i get it, but i also know it doesn't take much to throw a smile on your face every now and again.

If i could fill in 0 or even negative stars without a doubt i would. We planned to go to Mcdonald’s to get lattes but realized starbucks was closer since we were already in target. The women was very nice and had amazing service. she gave me my coffee and did amazing. i began walking to the door and noticed my coffee was leaking i didn’t think much of it and came back hoping they would give me another cup to go around it. Then mh daughter noticed it wasn’t a little hole, it was the whole side of the cup ripped. I immediately ask for a reasoning and i was simply given a “ all of them are just a bad batch of cups, they are all like that.” I asked if any changes could be made like a new drink in a better cup or something. When she poured it into a larger cup, all the foam and stuff was mixed together and left in the old cup making a clumpy water like drink. I atleast expected new foam made atleast. I wasn’t even given that. for a 6 dollar latte this was terrible. she could’ve at least let me know of the “bad batch. “ worst experience.

Always open, unlike intermittent Starbucks across the street. One woman was working by herself with a line of customers and she just kept knocking it out. Stars for the single Starbucks employee within miles to show for work.

The most disappointing disgusting sandwiches we've had our adult lives. 14$ for it.. burgers in the city school district are way better. Thanks ?

I stopped to get a venti vanilla sweet foam cold brew after a little shopping in target . I got half way home and began to get stomach issues. now an hour later I am burping cinstantly and bad stomach pains. I called Target customer service since this starbucks isn't actually starbucks but rather the Target store selling it's coffee. The clerk I spoke to at Target customer service as well as the clerk at the coffee counter both basically laughed at me while I tried to tell them that one of the ingredients in the drink I purchased had gone bad . I called corporate office and the person I spoke with did not seem to be to concerned . Thanks so much .

I asked them more than once for my coffee to be decaf. I am pregnant and caffeine can hurt my baby. Not only did my coffee have caffeine in it, it was also extremely strong.

weird experience. the older woman on shift served my friend and i a few minutes ago. she seemed impatient and was a little rude from the beginning. not very friendly. after collecting our orders, the younger lady served us. she made my drink correct and quickly! no complaints. however, when making my friends drink, messed up the order and forgot to add almond milk. when she corrected her she impatiently asked "do you want me to just put it on top or remake the entire drink". the entire experience just felt tense and uncomfortable. i just expected more from such a friendly business.
