Everything we tried was delicious (chicken parm, kids mac & cheese, orange chicken rice bowl, chicken ranch sandwich). My husband especially loved the tuna Mac salad that he subbed for fries with his sandwich. The shareable dessert was truly a huge shareable portion and was absolutely delicious. Our server was attentive and patient. Price point is in line with comparable places, and well worth it. We will be returning once more while we are in the area.

We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!

absolutely garbage food. chicken was cold and bleeding pink in the middle. macaroni was also cold like it had been microwavee. wait staff seemed bored was unknowledgeable and stunk like cat/dog urine. waited over 30 minutes to see waiter after being seated. silverware and plates where spotty an unclean. overall unclean and very disappointed wilo not becoming back and contacted local health department to complain about undercooked chicken issue.

Had the lunch special today, chili and grilled cheese sandwich, all very good!
