The young man whose name I believe is Rydell (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is one of the nicest and most helpful cashiers I’ve meet. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.
Best quality and selection of vegan sushi I’ve seen at a grocery store hands down.
Absolute go-to at the end of a long day of errands. You can also ask for modified sushi rolls (like the veggie volcano roll- which usually comes with a mayo sauce on it, but everything else is vegan) The Inari is also a great snack or appetizer. Also great: rice bowls, wraps, salads and some hot foods in the ready-to-go foods section of the store Updated from previous review on 2023-08-20
I never knew that this Wegman’s had a Burger Bar. I had always just gotten subs before but the burgers they were cooking looked so good! I has the chipotle onion burger and an order of fries. It was all extremely good. The burger was super juicy and had so much flavor. The chipotle sauce was so good, even though the burger was super messy. The fries were just the perfect amount of salt and crispness for me. I just wish they used Heinz ketchup instead of rold gold. The only issue I had was some of my order wasn’t put down correctly and it took them a second to figure it out after my buzzer went off.
So this is basically a cross between Trader Joe's and Wholefoods. Good food with many of it being the Wegmans brand. Has a great selection of vegan stuff (and it's mostly all stored together, so its easy to find). Was suprised to find, though, that the vegan dairy was a liytle lacklustre. Mostly very common vegan brands. And almost no yogurt. Also, if you're like me, and you're visiting from another state, be warned that the movies don't lie - the paper bags here have no handles 😂 so it may be easier to bring your own bags if you can
The vibe. The fabulous produce. The fish people.
Wretched vortex of gluttonous self loathing and despair. Plenty of parking.
Great food, produce, bread
For the love of god quit changing the aisles…it’s ridiculous…you can’t find anything. This is not a better shopping experience, it’s a pain in the backside!!!!
I only wish they supplied food to those that have EBT cards through Instacart. It's a shame for all of the elderly and handicapped people in the area.
Restaurantji Recommends
Never needed a price adjustment here until today. An item and several of the same was displayed at $12.99 but rang up as $13.99 and the manager made it unnecessarily awkward and didn't honor it.
Best grocery store in the Northeast! They usually have everything I need, even if it’s a bit oblique. Definitely recommend!
It's good the store itself is always crowded. The Danny's sub is good but lacks the amount of meat as a single meat sub does.
Luv all the vegan options, best place to shop.
