I dislike giving reviews like this but, quality control is definitely an issue. I’ve been here twice and had unfortunate experiences both times. The first time, I asked for a cup of coffee and was given half a cup. When asked to top it off, I was told that was all that was left. I had to ask for a new pot to be made and was met with a negative attitude from the staff. The second time, I ordered a soup and sandwich. The roll I was given with the soup was definitely… not fresh. The soup was really good though. I called to tell them about the issue so no one else would be subjected to the same product. The person on the phone thanked me and tried to make it right. I’ve written a Google review about this place after the first visit and it was taken down…

Really great food! I love their pastries and their BUTTERNUT SQUSH SOUUUUPPPP!!! Im going to have to find the recipe for it because i literally live off of their soup hahha. They also are very good if you have an issue with something or if you are missing an item. As long as you are polite and nice about it, they will make sure you are taken care of! This is a really great small business, definitely worth every penny i spend here. Love supporting the community. You HAVE to stop by here if you are in the area, they have something for everyone.

The food was wonderful. The selection amazing. The atmosphere cozy. It was steady to even busy for a Monday afternoon. Only one lady was working the counter, I'm not sure how many in the kitchen, service was quite slow, but we didn't mind the wait as we visited and looked around the gift shop. The two noticeable minor draw backs were the tables weren't very clean, they were cleared but not washed (again it was quite busy) and we were interested in the local coffee for sale but items were not marked and only beans were available, we had wanted to ask if they grind the beans upon purchase and about the prices but unfortunately it was too busy for anyone to offer assistance understandably. The overall experience, food and service was excellent we would definitely return and recommend to others.

We found this delightful bakery one morning on our way to letchworth state park. We were very surprised to find such a sophislocated bakery and cafe in fillmore. Their breakfast sandwich and coffees were delicious and we came back for lunch today. The soups and sandwiches were really good... The smokey Mac and cheese soup and the grillEd cheese sandwich were both tasty. We tried their reese's cup brownies and it was the best brownie we've ever had. The music. And all the antiques and the sheer beauty of the space are really inviting. We Look forward to coming back when we are next in the area. Everyone who works there as well as the owner are so pleasant.
This is such an adorable spot with yummy treats and drinks. Definitely worth stopping here if you’re in the area. Such friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. There’s a lot of seating and lots of natural light. A beautiful spot to enjoy a snack or a light meal.

This bakery has some of the best pastries I have ever had in my life. Absolutely delicious. Also a very nice selection of coffees, cappuccinos, lattes etc. I highly recommend this bakery.

We stopped in here for a quick breakfast before heading to Letchworth, and we are not disappointed we did! Greeted with a friendly smile, we got a quick run down of their menu from the (very helpful!) Lady that was behind the counter. This place is clean and the atmosphere is inviting. Sourdough bagels were delicious. We highly recommend putting this place on your 'must visit' if you're heading out for a hike at Letchworth which is only 10 minutes up the road.
