It's an interesting relic from the past. Mainly civil servants who got their jobs handed to them from their relatives yet feel all minorities are lazy good for nothings since they didn't benefit from white T nepotism. Hardcore alcoholism on full display until they die of cirrhosis and drive up the medical costs of civil servants, which drives up tax rates. Ummm who's the taker?

an OLD family run joint. I am afraid to put my hands on the bar, I might get splinters. the place needs serious help. With some money and a little imagination this place could be a gold mine. Excellent location. The Monday night bartender (Jack) is outstanding.

My dad went there with his cronies when he was alive. This place has been around since the 1920s. The interior most likely hasn't been renovated since and I think that "charm" is what attracts a lot of the locals. That and the drinks are pretty darn and inexpensive. Don't expect any bells and whistles here. It's just a drinking joint.
