This was the second time ordering from this place and both times they’ve forgotten to add the sauces and this time they managed to also give me the wrong wings. How hard can it be to read the instructions that were mentioned clearly?? Will never order fron this place again. Also no one picks up the phone when you call. Unprofessional and terrible service, I would give 0 stars if I could.

Went there twice. Once yesterday and once today and although it lists the business hours on the window and says open on Google the place was closed. There were no signs saying “we’re opening late today.” Terrible customer service.

They forgot my fries and ranch but I had to pay for it. They wouldn’t answer the phone either which is extremely unprofessional.

Ordered for pick up through the Atomic Wings website.. i shouldve realized something would go wrong when i walked in and cashier was watching videos on phone while I was standing in front of her waiting to be acknowledged.. When I got home I opened up the bags to no blue cheese whatsoever. I paid for 3 to go with the 20 wings I ordered. I also asked for the chicken tenders to have the honey mustard on side, they tossed them in it. The wings were the worst I've ever had. Ice cold (I picked them up 5 mins earlier than they told me to and I live 3 mins away, no reason to be cold) and clearly had been reheated. Dry, and looked old. When I called the store telling them they didn't fill my order correct and would like this taken care of, the girl told me she's not the manager and couldn't do anything about it because I ordered through THEIR website. Hopefully this store is the only problem. Atomic wings used to be good. This is the 3rd chance I've given this location in last 2 years and disappointed each time. It takes a lot for me to write a review. This place deserves it.Update: Atomic Wings corporate emailed and said they spoke to owners of bellerose location and will issue a refund and apologize. Updated to 2 stars only because corporate made it right. Not the store!

First off Let me say this Restaurant has the worst customer service ever!!! Don't come here. I went to this restaurant to do a delivery from uber. When I walk in the restaurant and asked about the order she just told me to read the sign so I'm thinking it's mask regulation sign. I went back to get my mask and she then again tells me to read the sign. I dont know what she's talking about I then she begins to have an attitude so I asked what's the problem. All of a sudden she starts screaming telling me to get out. I ask to speak to a manager then she proceeds to call the cops on me because "I refused to leave" I don't usually do this but I'm definitely calling her manager to get a complaint on her. Will never go there again ever.
Boneless wings had an off putting taste. Garlic Parm and honey mustard sauce not yo my liking.

Worst place ever!! I ordered from Uber eats and 2 hours later my order gets cancelled! Very unprofessional and this place deserves to be shut down, don’t ever eat at such places because they don’t any business obviously!

Went in on a Saturday 05/22/2021 around 10pm. Two amazing guys helped and provided fast service. Went in and were helpful. The guys who worked inside were really amazing. They always make my atomic wing experience better. I called Hillside location and had me on hold for 20 minutes. Employees at Jericho had my order ready in a timely manner and everything was perfect.
