I love this bakery so much that I drive down from Albany, NY. I am so disappointed the cinnamon rolls are now cinnamon buns. I tried the cinnamon buns but they are extremely gooey and just do not taste cooked. Please bring back the old recipe and make cinnamon rolls again!
I tried the red velvet cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious! The texture was smooth and creamy, with just the right balance of sweetness. You can really taste the quality and care that went into making it. Definitely one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had — I’ll be back for more! 🍰
My wedding cake from 10 years ago was from here, and it was a standout at the time. I went here again recently, and it's all sparkly and newly renovated. The pastry selection is out of this world. We tried the tres leches, oreo mousse cake, smores pastry, blueberry tart, and cannoli. The only miss was the cannoli, but maybe that's because it's extremely hard to top the truly top tier cannoli at Villabate in Brooklyn.
