We celebrated a family event at Capo Ristorante e Panini, and it could not have been a more wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner (Paul) and his staff welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family. Hosting my large family is no small task, yet everything was handled seamlessly, graciously, and with genuine care and kindness.

The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and truly gourmet-quality. And it is very reasonably priced. Every dish was prepared with care, and you could taste the quality in every bite. With such a large and varied menu, there was truly something for everyone, and every single person in our group left happy and impressed.
What made the experience especially memorable was the warmth and hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make sure everyone felt comfortable, cared for, and celebrated.

Capo Ristorante helped turn an important family event into a truly memorable day. We are so grateful and will absolutely be back asap. Highly recommend it!

I had a very frustrating experience here and will not be returning.

I ordered a soup that does not normally contain the ingredient I’m allergic to, so I had no reason to expect an issue. When the soup arrived, I realized it had celery in it, which I am allergic to. I immediately stopped, removed it, and let the waitress know I could not eat it.

I asked for a replacement soup and specifically asked if it contained that same ingredient. I was told no.

When the bill came, I was charged for both soups—including the one I could not eat due to my allergy. When I pointed this out, the waitress told me it was because I had “already touched it,” which was upsetting because I never ate it and made them aware of the allergy issue immediately.

I asked for the bill to be corrected, but after waiting quite a while with no resolution, my friend eventually had to go up to the counter to pay.

On top of that, I accidentally left my very expensive sunglasses there, and this was the only place I had been. When I called, they said they didn’t have them.

Between the allergy mishandling, billing issue, and lack of accountability, this was a really disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

The food here is good! Good! The paninis! The soup ! I don’t know if the soup is made in house but they are good. The salads too. The entrees. I live so far in CT and I am craving their paninis and a soup and a salad.

This small spot is excellent, i come in all the time for one hell of a panini, and if the menu doesn't give you something you want, you are able to build your own panini!

Upon my recent visit to Capo Ristorante, nestled at 700 A Franklin Ave, Franklin Square, NY 11010, I was treated to an experience that tantalized my taste buds and warmed my heart. The star of the show was undoubtedly the Tesla Panini, a masterful blend of succulent grilled chicken, rich Parma ham, and velvety mozzarella, all nestled between slices of perfectly crisped Krispina bread and complemented by the peppery zing of baby arugula. It was, in every sense, a delight.

The appetizers did not play second fiddle, with the fried macaroni & cheese balls presenting a symphony of textures and flavors that were both comforting and indulgent.

But what truly set Capo Ristorante apart was their exceptional customer service. In celebration of our recent engagement, which we happened to mention in passing, the staff surprised us with a complimentary dessert to accompany our takeout order. This thoughtful gesture was the cherry on top of an already splendid dining experience.

It's small businesses like Capo Ristorante that reinforce my love for those local spots where the quality of both food and service is deeply personal. They've truly mastered the art of making patrons feel like family. I'll be returning not just for the delectable fare, but for that genuine, homey touch that is all too rare in today's bustling world.
