I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with onions, mushrooms and jalapeño peppers, do me a favor, look at the images and see if you find any of those items on the cheesesteak. $38 for two cheesesteaks and this is what we get. Used to come here before and it was very good. Whatever happened is a pretty sad situation

We have been dying to try this place but we’re hugely disappointed.My cheesesteak was horrible!! Steak was dry and burnt, there were hardly any onions or peppers on it, and absolutely no mozzarella cheese to be seen anywhere.My daughter wanted to try their Mac n cheese bites (they didn’t have any) and mozzarella sticks (they only had 2) which is a shame because my daughter said she would have loved more of the mozzarella sticks since they were really goodThey comped my husband a free onion rings, but none of us even wanted that.Extremely disappointed. Next time we will just go to Jersey Mikes instead of trying a local establishment

First off I ordered through DD. And even though the food traveled it was still excellent. The fries were still somewhat crisp. The mac n cheese bites were delicious NOT dried out at all. I ordered the italian hero full ribeye. The sandwich was juicy and very good. Best steak on a sandwich I have had in a long time. The meat was tender NOT chewey. There could been more peppers but no biggie. Overall all fantastic. If it wasn't so far away I'd pick up myself. If this food is consistently this quality they won't disappoint you.

We love Fat Ernie's! We went there one time after swim class. Now our son asks to go every week before we even get to swim class! The food is absolutely delicious!? The cheese steaks, the platters and especially the grill cheese for our son!! Don't walk, run to try Fat Ernie's. You won't be disappointed.

One of the better cheesesteaks you can get on Long Island, get the 10 oz ribeye combo with sidewinder fries, coke and ketchup with boom boom sauce on the side to dip the fries in. Keep it simple with provolone or wiz and grilled onions as the only toppings and enjoy. Fire.
There is barley any meat in the sandwich, next to nothing. The sandwich was missing toppings I paid for. Poorly made.
