I was there 20 minutes ago drive through and the lady in the counter big old women had a bad nasty attitude why kfc hiring people like this ? Customers satisfaction is important any kind of business I asked her a sauce she yelling at me because I did not tell her what sauce I wanted before getting the food .she gives me the sauce I didn't ask her oh god she is terrible.

If you value your family health - be warned: I am recovering from food poisoning after purchasing chicken at this location. I report the incident to the CDC because this is the 2nd time me, and family members gotten sick from buying food from this location. The chicken was cold. I should have know something was wrong with the food - when it was soggy and tasted like uncooked chicken. I tried calling the location and ask to speak with a manager, but they hung up the phone on my - very disrespectful. If you value your health - stay away from this place: PLEASE

I did the Drive through like 30 minutes ago from now the lady at the Window was very mean to me when I was talking to her very Nice!!! First of all, I placed my order I told her I will like my chicken creepy a she was like oh u want original! I said again nicely no Ma’am I want creepy! She said with an attitude oh I said creepy!!! Which she didn’t! I ask her hey can I have some extra ketchup, please! Again she said with an attitude I give you ketchup already up! I said I ask for extra she give me with an attitude! The reason why I’m writing this comment because it’s the Second time this same lady been acting the way she does!! KFC I don’t know why u guys hiring people that looks like they don’t wanna work or act like they don’t wanna work!!! Disrespectful big woman!!!! Worst Customer Service ever!!! Never going back there an my guys them that work for me go there all the time to get food a there said the same thing about the lady at the drive-through!!!
