I am regular customer over there, this is not the first time it’s happened. I order for 4 original Chicken, they gave me three original chicken and one crispy, which I was not notified by them. As I am very regular, They know I always take the original one. Even the crispy one they gave it was too hard to eat. The service level is very poor. They don’t listen to the Guest carefully, and they took the order and gave the wrong order most often. I notify them, but this is the first time I am writing on the page. I think they have to improve their service

The people there arent friendly. The cashier's name was Khan. One of my pieces of chicken were missing. Of course I'm not going to count all the pieces of chicken while being there because you would think that you can trust them. At the time we went to get the food, it wasn't busy at all. We called the number multiple times after reaching home, and they purposefully chose not to pick up. They must do this all the time and this the time they got caught.

Very poor customer service, Bengali old lady at the counter needs customer service training and manners. She only cared about the god damn drive thru timer. Gave wrong order and then had the audacity to argue with customer.

Asian Lady has the worst attitude. No one this place has bad reviews. These old people are messing up all the orders. This is the 2nd time they messed up my order. When I went back to get my order fixed she gave me an attitude and started screaming at me.
