The service here is so bad that it'll make your head spin. The drive-thru is almost always a disaster. They will fail to respond and then refuse to take your order if you decide to drive up to the window, even though there is signage that allows you to do so. Half of the time I've been here they always get the order wrong and you always need to check your food when you receive it. This must be some kind of family-owned franchise where the owner got all of the cousins he hates to work here.

The staff are extremely rude, the manager is worse, he needs some customer training. KFC has always been my favorite take out chicken because it is truly delicious, but I will no longer be ordering it and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to order food from any KFC in the future. Maybe Popeye's has better customer service.

They can not get an order right even with you standing right in front of them. Kept giving them a shot bc they are close to my job but I'm done. Messed up my entire order, making some part completely enabled. If you like to eat mostly mayonnaise then go there otherwise I suggest not going to this KFC.

I rarely eat fast food but had a craving for fried chicken & decided to try out this KFC since I've had it before when i was a child & i have to say it was a nice experience. We ordered the 16 piece family meal with the 4 sides. The drive thru was fast & they got the order correct & gave us plenty of sauce, plates, utensils etc. The price was reasonable & the food was good for a fast food experience. The restaurant appears clean inside and the grounds around were also clean. I didn't go inside the store though. I recommend this location.

I decided to order from here because I was craving a famous bowl while I was a patient in the hospital nearby. Grubhub came fast but the soda was flat and warm! The food came warm and fresh so that was a good thing!
NO PLATES, NO SAUCES, 8 Pieces were (2 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs). Order ticket clearly states 2 br, 2 th, 2 legs 2 wings. And clearly states 4 plates, 4 sauces. COMPLETE FAIL. Also, this is 2nd order in a row from this store - NO PLATES.
