Customer service is a mockery. Tried to place a large order via their online platform and it requested cash upon pickup. Wasn't a convenient option for me, so I called up the restaurant to see how I could provide my CC info over the phone, if possible. The rep takes my order and tells me a total that's $14 more than the same order on the platform. He breaks it down for me and I hear that that the prices of several dishes are more than what's on the website. I ask for the website prices to be honored because the discrepancy doesn't make sense. He says he's not sure and will call back. Weird. Surprisingly, I get a call back, after the rep says he's verified the restaurant's own website prices (lol), and says the price is still the same with tax. I'm like, tax is 8.875%? How is still the same? The rep seems to get an attitude and says, well, how much do you want to pay? I tell him I'm no longer interested and don't want to negotiate over my food. At this point, I wouldn't want them to handle my food prep anyway. No one should be in a position to negotiate over the price of their meal. Such a weird, unnecessary, and unprofessional experience.Do better.
Great food and service. Must try the appam, parotta and chicken curry.

First of all, don’t get fooled by the 5 star reviews. Not sure they are real . The majority of reviews don’t look real . But it’s keep coming….5 star reviews. This is what happened to me. So, I placed an order two weeks ago for my out- of - state guests because they wanted to try some Kerala food .Ordered goat curry, fish curry , fish fry, avial some chapati and Kerala rice .To be honest, the food was horrible . Me and my family got embarrassed in front of our guests.Nothing was fresh , all the food I received were left over from Sunday or kept in the freezer/ fridge for weeks . The food tasted old and no flavor at all .Goat curry was very chewy and rock hard with no decent meat in it . Only bones and rubbery stuff and fat . Where is the meat when I paid it $22 . I didn’t pay for the bones and the rubbery stuff . You can simply say you have no goat , why you charged me $22 and gave me bones and chewy stuff. The rice that I requested was Kerala rice . It was very mushy and old . I had similar incident with their foods before, but I let it go that time .Only thing ,that was good, the girl at the reception was very professional and polite.A word of advice. Stay away from this place .. they don’t care about you as a valued customer, they give you old / spoiled food .They only need your money .!
